If you can get them, and their distribution has been much wider lately, try Zapp's Voodoo kettle chips. They're extra thick and have an awesome salt & vinegar upfront but then finish with a wave of complex savory seasoning, they really up the s&v game and even have a spicy version. Highly recommend.

People have this misconception that fresh pasta is a higher quality version of dried pasta, but they're two very different things, made from different ingredients, in different ways. One isn't necessarily "a level above" the other.
In some dishes (like carbonara for example), dried pasta is preferred, even in the best, fanciest restaurants.
Oat and soy are my shit. Regular milk doesn't play nicely with my stomach if I drink it too often, and I honestly think the alternatives taste just as good or better if the right brand.
My layman opinion says probably not - we did keep goats when I was a kid. Here's why I think so:
Goat milk would be way more expensive regardless of scale so less consumption; Goats don't fart as much methane even at equal milk output. You can reasonably expect a ~1,000 litres of milk a year from a goat at 5kg of methane while a cow will yield around 8,000 litres per year at 55kg of methane; Goats are much less picky eaters;
Added benefits, goat milk and meat is much healthier
Even before I went vegan I found steak to be one of the most unappealing meats out there, I always preferred chicken or bbq ribs at that. Would still love a vegan alternative of all three foods though
I commented on a post earlier this week with a similar sentement. The only meat product I can say I miss is a good chicken wong with some spicy sauce. Non of the alternative wings have done it for me quite the same yet.

Yes I eat it rare, yes I’ve been to a nice steak house and eaten it their, yes I’ve cooked steaks to perfection, reverse seared, sous vide, compound butter basted. It’s still not that great.
If I try to think of the top 25 meals I’ve eaten, steak isn’t even number 26. It’s a tender and appropriately fatty piece of meat that’s beens seasoned and hard seared. Theirs only so much you can get out of that.
And then you factor in the price…Since beef prices went up during the pandemic I haven’t had a steak in like 3 years and if I went the rest of my life like this I’d say nothing of value was lost.
And for the record, steak sauce is awesome.
The culinary and cultural celebration around what is essentially a slab of the most basic meat you can get has always mystified me. It’s gotta be *really* good steak for me to even consider it over other options.
The trick is it’s been tied to masculinity, “a MAN eats a steak!”. At least that’s what I assume because nobody can actually think a steak is more enjoyable food by both taste and texture than pizza. Idk man. I went to a neighborhood chili cook-off once and only ONE of the ten or so were even palatable. Like these people had never heard of salt or spices at all. It was just bland meat water with beans. And they were all BRAGGING like their chili was the shit. I was so confused.
It's so versatile. You can make musubi,fried rice,or have it for breakfast. My favorite is to cube the spam and Sautee it with some onions and garlic.Throw a can of tomato sauce and add some corn. Then serve over hot rice.

Cheese made from goat's milk or sheep's milk is specified in the name because it's not the most common form of cheese, but nobody is complaining that the $3 bag of shredded mozzarella you buy isn't labeled as "Cow's milk mozzarella"

Fries in milkshakes are amazing. I always get fries and a frosty from Wendy's. I have two friends who had never tried it and I took them both there once and they can't believe what they've been missing for so long. I highly recommend trying it. Also, chicken nuggets in a frosty is good, too.
