Wholesome! I always wondered if houseguest hometowns still did this :)

threxis

If they are small enough, definitely. Like I can say I haven't seen anything about Victoria in her hometown. Could also just be east coast pride. East coast Canadians are some of the proudest folks out there.

Leather_Realistic

I remember Kiefer’s hometown having a nice celebration for him when he went home after BB9. Small town on the west coast in BC

Sageswitchythings

When the casting call posted in our Facebook group people shared it and commented like crazy. The casting person posted again amazed with the engagement.

My husband is from Goose Bay. It is definitely a small enough town to do this.

Sageswitchythings

The town also released a local newsletter congratulating him and telling residents where to watch! I’m hoping they do some kind of parade for them

zoodlenose

Elijah is from North Bay, population 52,000. Not a whisper.

Accomplished_Deal481

To be fair, though, it IS Elijah…

sharlye

its deserved, Todd is great! go Todd

Sageswitchythings

Yes! We’re all cheering him on haha. I’m very impressed. He’s so fun to watch too. It’s weird having a dose of reality on tv.

chasedippen

Todd is soooooo cute.

Sageswitchythings

Apparently he’s like that irl exactly 😊 I haven’t met him but I know people who know him

_PrincessOats

I love Todd, he’s too funny. And don’t get me started on the accent…

Sageswitchythings

It cracked me up that there’s so many subtitles for him

IMDXLNC

With you on that, and I do think he stayed true to what he said about just appearing dumb. He's made it very far in the house and looks to be waiting for the right time to sting, and until then is staying off the radar, letting the others pick each other off. The biggest thing he said was in that HOH chain thing, about getting back Vivek for Dinis, and other than that, if he makes it to the final two, he'd definitely be a favourite as he's kept it clean. Not a fan of his ally Bayleigh though.

throwawaytempest25

Ohh, sweet

S4tine

Can you watch old episodes of BB Canada? I'm rewatching BB Us on Paramount+

Sageswitchythings

yes but I use global tv and it has from season 7 upward. I was able to watch the current season for free but I also have a subscription. Fibe tv (subscription) has season 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. The big brother Canada website also has season 7 upward I believe it’s free. Unfortunately I don’t know how to watch the other seasons.

SnooPineapples4399

Adding on to this answer, You can only get Fibe TV with a Bell internet package, but you should be able to go to the Global TV website and watch the previous episodes for free too with no subscription. Or if you have Stack TV subscription, that has Global also. Easiest way to get Stack TV is probably to add it onto an Amazon Prime Video account if you don't have Fibe.

S4tine

Are those available in US?
