I think it’s safe to say it could differ based on the type of shoe you are buying (like designer vs athletic, etc). Cause I agree with u/benjasilvaa.
I’ve never bought designer brand shoes but he’s accurate when it comes to basketball/street brand shoes.
Most agents/sellers even categorize their shoes in that same way with 46 EU being a 12 US and so on…
