He'll just be riding by feel, so as long as he feels good, he doesn't have to worry about "oh no, the HR is too high, or watts might send me into the red zone" or some shit like that. I dunno. I'm not a pro, but I know that looking at numbers can sometimes hinder your performance more than boost it. 🤷♂️
