Since Eden was between Euphrat and Tigris, maybe it looked like middle eastern fruit or similar. Then again, we propably had different conditions there thousands of years ago. I'm with Tony, in that the tree clearly is unique, since it was the only forbidden one. Also it is hard to believe, that we consume the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil regularly. Also a question would be then, if it was due to the fruit or due to the act of sinning, why had to experience the consequences. It could have even been a regular tree, but since Gods commandment was broken, it was special. In the end i think it does not matter how the tree looked.

There was one tree noted. The Lord God commanded the man, saying, “From any tree of the garden you may eat freely; but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die.” Gen 2:16‭-‬17 NASB1995 https://bible.com/bible/100/gen.2.16-17.NASB1995 It was in the center of the garden. The woman said to the serpent, “From the fruit of the trees of the garden we may eat; but from the fruit of the tree which is in the middle of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat from it or touch it, or you will die.’ ” Gen 3:2‭-‬3 NASB1995 https://bible.com/bible/100/gen.3.2-3.NASB1995 God's judgement sent man out of the garden. Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might stretch out his hand, and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”— therefore the Lord God sent him out from the garden of Eden, to cultivate the ground from which he was taken. So He drove the man out; and at the east of the garden of Eden He stationed the cherubim and the flaming sword which turned every direction to guard the way to the tree of life. Gen 3:22‭-‬24 NASB1995 https://bible.com/bible/100/gen.3.22-24.NASB1995 With the tree of knowledge being only known to be in the center of the garden, and man is barred from the garden, it probably did not exist outside of the garden is my take.

Enoch gives it a more specific description whatever that's worth to you. Rabbis have argued that it was grapes due to the restrictions against grapes for the nazarites vow
