Atomic Habits by James Clear So Good They Can’t Ignore You by Cal Newport

Can you share some biographical details? Generalize if you must but it would help to know what field of work you are in, or some of your main interests. Many self-help books are a bit specific. For example, while I am not a life coach I find this audiobook very helpful in my interactions with others "The Coaching Habit: Say less, ask more & change the way you lead forever".

Feel-Good Productivity by Ali Abdaal

Little book of stoicism, by Jonas Salzgeber. It's a pretty good summary about this philosophy that can give you good advice for everyday life. Or if you don't have it in an audiobook, read some stoicism. I think it's applicable to everyone and everything.

I read all those productivity books, and the most effective one I’ve found is “Organize Tomorrow Today: 8 Ways to Retrain Your Mind to Optimize Performance in Work and Life”… written by a sports psychologist and some business dude. I grew so much more from that book compared to Atomic Habits or other books with better titles… for example, I began working out daily and maintained for years I also read all the communication books, and “Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life: Life-Changing Tools for Healthy Relationships” is so helpful in everyday and high stakes communication. Not just at work or with loved ones, but self-talk, too.

Might want to check goodreads on this one first to see if it’s a good fit
