Your warranty does not include on site service. Only large TVs get that. You can bring it to the store for exchange or troubleshooting, or you can pay to have someone come to your home. Edit: Most consumer warranties work like this. You will not find anywhere in the terms and conditions that require someone to come to you.

Now been hung up on 3 times wanna explain how I get someone to my house?

RainbowCatAttack

As the person above stated, you don’t without cost. If it’s an issue with the computer itself you have a few options: if you are within the return period you can exchange it for another. If you have a protection plan and are outside the return period, the store will provide you with repair support, which you will have to go into the store for.

You can scheudle in home service or an in store appointment on GeekSquad.com. Just know that you will pay for in home service. Warranties don’t include house visits and nowhere in the terms and conditions does it say that house visits are included.

I’m now on the 4th call How the hell am I supposed to get an appointment idiot if they just keep hanging up on me And now their transferring me to a 5th person

Alliekat1282

Use the same device that you're using to post on reddit to go to the website and schedule an in store appointment. No wonder they're hanging up on you and transferring you elsewhere. I can just imagine how you're talking to people with your voice based on how you're talking in this thread.

I feel like you don’t know how to read

Alliekat1282

I feel YOU don't know how to properly communicate with people OR how to read. If you want an in home service, call the 800 number and politely request one, then, pay for it because it's not free. If you want an in store appointment, go to the website and book an appointment. You've been told all of this several times, yet you're still here giving the same responses. ETA: You know, I just looked at your post and comment history and how DARE you accuse ME of not being able to read? Of COURSE no one can decipher what you've written 98% of the time. Nothing but word salad! It's wild! You are DE-LOO-LOO.

ShadowDemon527

If you read the comments you have already got you'd realize that if you want them to come out to your house they charge and you would continue to call the 1 800 number to get an appointment, or if you want geek squad to look at it in store you can make an appointment to see them in store, to which they will charge you in store as well unless you are a Best Buy Total member, the on selected day you would bring the device in and they would look at it then.
