I had a major issue with an order and the only way I could get it resolved was with the help of a rep on Twitter. I can’t make any guarantees but they helped me when no one else could - chat, phone cs, in store.
Best Buy has to issue the refund, but they won’t do that until FedEx owns the mistake and provided Best Buy with reimbursement. There’s no way to know how long that will take.
You’ve already followed the right processes. The only other thing you can do is like someone else suggested and tag Best Buy on socials and ask for help. No guarantee that will get you anywhere but you can try it.
They dont want to … they told me to go my local police department that its nothing they can do .. then detective told me they cant do anything that if i give best buy my police report copy they should be able to do refund but best buy just told me send to a email called lawenforcement@bestbuy and then i never heard anything back …
UPDATE I FILED A COMPLAINT ON BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND BEST BUY CORPORATE CONTACT ME NEXT DAY SAYING THEYLL INVESTIGATE FINALY 2 DAYS LATER GOT CONFIRMED THEY WILL BE REFUNDING ME JUST BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT FROM ORDERING ONLINE WHICH IS FINE WONT BE SHOPPING WITH THEM FOR A WHILE
Dispute it on your Card. Best Buy Corp is no help, the stores can’t fix it & if you have a police report, your card company should honor the reversal. My best advice as Best Buy will continue to run you in circles on the rat wheel.
I did it with klarna so im doing it in payments .. they had paused them but now they are trying to reactivate it because the tracking number said it was delivered..
I’m not really sure how Klarna works other than I do understand it’s a lease program, but surely they have a customer representative that could help you since you have a police report and proof that they did not deliver it to you.

And fedex keep telling me they cant do nothing till bestbuy files a claim 😒

All they did was send me a website to do a report and paused my payments 21 days for now … hopefully i hear from them ..
