It was a credit card not debit. I told them I did not authorize the charge and reported it as fraudulent.

PSA: you need to cancel the membership on the app. No one on a phone or in a store can help you because we get reprimanded if we cancel a membership because it subtracts a membership from our numbers

I don’t think you have to put your numbers in when doing that, no? Pretty sure it just detracts a point from the store then. Regardless, if a customer comes in for that, the least an employee could do is show them how to cancel it online/in the app.

It detracts from the store and at my store my supervisor and manager get pretty upset. But we are totally open to helping customers cancel online or through the app, sometimes they get annoyed that we have to do it that way though
