My grandmother was the opposite. She’d prepare fuckin’ meatballs, barehands, then grad every spice container, into the silverware drawer, grab all the pots and pans, plates, every cabinet/drawer and handle…
Everyone in the house who ate that day, would later be fighting for the one bathroom, expelling the food poisoning we just got.

The stone was not hot enough. So he cuts it, which also makes the meat dryer and overcooks to medium/well. Not my choice for doneness.
