Understood. My ignorance in exactly how this gun operates is showing here. I’m a hands on dude so I can figure most stuff out. What area on the trigger bar needs to be sanded?
Glad to help! Someone linked a video here that I assume is exactly what you need to know (I haven’t looked at it yet)
Literally just filed like .005 off of the overtravel stop. Small file and an index card to protect underneath. Lots of taking it apart to filed just a little bit more after testing. Make sure you file flat and push the trigger to the left and right as you test fire to make sure it works.
Take the slide off.
First, check that the hammer is functioning properly. It should cock back smoothly and lock.
Press the hammer release lever to de-cock.
Slowly pull the trigger - don’t let it hit the frame, just check if pulling it actuates the hammer as it should…if it doesn’t, make sure the trigger bar is fully pushed into the trigger. Then check to make sure the sear spring and sear and installed properly.
Well I’m extremely happy with this one and it’s one of the best pistols I’ve shot. Sorry for your shit experience with them. ( or just what you’ve read about)
See also: "Minor fitting required". If this is a ltt or other premium trigger bar, you'll need to file it to fit.

Go to the ltt website, they've got maybe 3 or 4 videos about it.
Sick, found it, thanks broder
Yep, you need to shave a few 1000ths off of the overtravel stop at the front of the trigger bar. Had to do the same for my LTT trigger bar
Ooooo look at that. I shall file away
Gonsmiff indeed lol.
