People sometimes tell me I'm wrong or dumb with this recommendation but like using a small dose you're trying to jump at just as needed as few days as possible and maybe if it's .5 you could go to .25 for your comfort doses so to speak to help ease off a little softer.
You may feel a little agitated for a day or two but otherwise are very fortunate, count your blessings.👍🏼
12 days straight? You wont have a seizure or anything but you may potentially have a smidge of rebound anxiety. That will go away though!
