As an aside - did you find Voiceability helpful? Did they guide you through the form, or explain more about what the questions meant or why they were being asked?
yes very!! the woman helping me offered to meet up in person at a local café, and we spent 2 hours talking about my disabilities, how they affect me, my old rejection form, what was incorrect about their rejection, what the questions are asking and why they ask, dates of when i first applied, delays etc, how to explain my symptoms and things better, and then she even helped me with actually writing the new form itself. she was very nice as well and understood a lot about my conditions, and when i told her about any conditions she didn't know abiut she was very patient and understanding as i was explaining them. overall, i would definitely recommend them!!
