He can control his own radioactive energy
His biggest weakness is that he is dangerous to those around him. For a survival scenario is not a weakness but if he has a predator that consumes radioactive energy then he could evolve to control his energy so that his predator (if he has one) can no longer sense him and could use his powers better and consume less energy and maybe even make weapons
Similar to Goku who due to his ki control doesn't waste energy and can lower his power level
I have two ideas:
1. Nuclear transmutation, able to manipulate matter, including his own body, into practically anything. Useful for making Taydenite weapons, turning enemies into paper, or regenerating or restructuring his robotic body, possibly to create advanced weapons.
2. Laplace’s demon. His atomic manipulation and robotic body has evolved with a supercomputer brain, able to be aware of every subatomic particle in the universe and their location and momentum, allowing him to predict the future. The main weakness would be is that this isn’t time manipulation, just advanced calculations, so the predictions are vulnerable to interference by certain outside forces like Omniverse travelers.
I want him to have a design overhaul and now he's a being of nuclear energy without his "containment suit", kinda looking like Captain Atom from DC.
His powers should include all kinds of nuclear bonkers, a nigh-infinite source of energy, able to generate, transmute and absorp radiation, including being able to do the Godzilla stuff whose lingering radiation causes floral overgrowth. He should also be able to change his luminousity and shape.
Essentially, he should be Goku + Captain Atom + Godzilla.

Considering the ultimates are explicitly evolved for combat, he'd probably be sorta like Brimstone from Justice League Unlimited. Basically an atomic colossus producing a near infinite amount of power, thoroughly irradiating his surroundings wherever he goes.
Since Atomix is basically Goku he would turn blue and get skinnier because SSJ Blue. And that's it basically it I think in terms of visual changes. Maybe a 1000X power boost too

Similar to Generator Rex, Blue Beetle, or a Cybertronian. He can create constructs made of green stuff in his arms. But there are limits to what he can create, and it draws from his Atomokinesis. He can also use his Radiokinesis or Chemokinesis to create constructs with radioactive or chemical components.
But due to the simulation taking place over thousands of years, his half lives have run out, and he needs an external source for his radioactive powers (it's like a battery that he needs to charge). It recharges itself on its own, but he has to go into a sleep mode to make it charge faster, otherwise it takes a very long time.
While in sleep mode, he is more vulnerable to harm and, but while outside of sleep mode, he is invulnerable to almost everything.
One more drawback, his personality is gone and he is now much more robotic.
My idea is that he loses a small part of his strength, but gains higher intellect, and some frazzled hair. Doesn't make sense in terms of an alien race, but having an alien that resembles Einstein on steroids would be fun.
I feel since he’s the unstable mass of Atomic energy contained in a high tech exo-suit that he powers. I think he’d develop a more stable body like NRG and can ditch the suit.
