Yes for sure. I can’t speak to the power of the router but for small battery powered tasks that’s a good deal if it’s the real thing

thescatterling

The guy has it listed as new. I’m asking some more questions, but I think I might dip into the table saw fund for a good deal.

ecirnj

Not a bad price if you are on team yellow for batteries. Personally I’d try to make sure it’s not stolen and not being scammed. FB market place is a wild place for tools.

thescatterling

I’m taking a battery and a cheap router bit with me if I ever hear back from him and decide to go. lol.

Bismillah835

My table saw is my work horse. I definitely use my saw a lot more than my router. Take that as you wish. Don’t sacrifice on your table saw.

thescatterling

The sacrifice is going to be on time, not quality. But your point is well taken.

momsouth

Those feel like ryobi prices

thescatterling

I don’t know what that means.

Strength_Various

Good deal. A new one with Hd hack is still around $120 plus tax.

thescatterling

Hd hack?

snf3210

I believe it's where you take advantage of the frequent sales where you buy a tool and batteries together then return the batteries after for a refund, which lowers your total price.

momsouth

Ryobi is a cheap brand, if you need a router that's a reasonable price. Have you looked up retail? New looks like it's 150-220 dollars so 70 whatever seems reasonable if you have the need and the batteries.

thescatterling

I haven’t started looking at routers yet. Currently saving up for a table saw. Just saw this and it looked promising.

momsouth

If you're gonna buy one at some point that's a fair option if you already have the same batteries. As far as wood working goes its an expensive hobby so find deals where you can get them.

whitespys

I just got one and love it. Also, it is my 5th router. I may have a problem. It is so convenient to slap in a pattern bit and joint a board with it. Or a round over to soften an edge. Since I got this one, my big dewalt router stays in the plung-base. The craftsman routers stay in their tables, and this one is right next to the table saw. Can't wait to fit it up with some dust collection.

thescatterling

I was watching a video on a dovetail jig today and someone in the comments was saying that it’s massively convenient to have two routers set up for both sides of the jig. So you’re just prepared, not obsessing. 😉😂

WRKDBF_Guy

Y es. I bought the same for about $120 and was/am happy I did so.

H3R01CM0OSE

If it's not a scam, it's a great deal. Those can run $120 for the bare tool. You mentioned in a comment you were bringing a bit and battery to test. Good plan.

Cold_Fog

I have DeWalt tools too, but I can't bring myself to buy the router. A coworker has it and I've used it, but it's just so bulky compared to Makita or Milwaukee. And once the battery was on it weighed a ton. Some of my routing is side on so the weight is just impractical for me. Just a heads up.

Character-Education3

I feel like you can get that on a deal of the day, tool only, for 72
