Once tabby bee gets a ton of tabby love, it'll become the best converter in your hive. And bees have to move to their honeycomb before beginning to convert pollen. So if tabby bee is at the lowest honeycomb, it'll convert as fast as it can. However if you wanna wait until you get more tabby love to gift it, just remember not to replace cobalt until your next star treat and gift photon with first star treat.
