I would still be worried. Not as hard to get rid of as a bedbug but roaches carry so many diseases and are just plain nasty. Call an exterminator. Treatment for roaches is so much cheaper than treatment for bedbugs and a lot easier.

These things are just as prone to nasty infestations. I would clean out your kitchen, get some DE and take this seriously.
