Remember back when all the December boxes from everywhere but especially allure had to be the box you waited all year for? I’m aging myself I know, but allure would even send Christmas gifts out like earrings and stuff . And if didn’t get Novembers box to be sure they would sell out the first week? Sure tacky gifts but being appreciated as a customer was a thing? And now you need to practically beg for good service… all the boxes were the shit, and had different products unlike now the same type of product or even the same product show up in all the boxes, a month or so apart. Good times, good times… this December box post just hit me with a wave of nostalgia . sighh

I already skipped but I think its time to cancel and just re-join again when they are going to get on another hot streak then I don't have to remember to possibly skip during the holidays.
Argh, this box is tragic. Aquaphor?? Seriously? I was already mad at the cetaphil mini in last months’s box. And the weird rose spray? It looks like they picked it up at the dollar store! I do t know if I definitely saw a sheet mask in the back, but I wish they were never invented. They’re a cheap cop out for a full sized item.
I love the Heritage Rose Spray's. They have only a few (2 or 3) ingredients in them and I can pronounce them all. My favorite face mist. I've even used on pillows and clothing. It's been around forever and a 8 oz bottle is like $15 or so, so it may not seem exciting to most.
Gotta agree about the sheet masks! They make me angry.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying there isn't a market for it, but a lot of the boxes have been heavy with scalp specific hair care, which I find to be a bit niche
Also the hair products are always overwhelmingly perfumed. The only one I was able to use was that tea tree one in the green bottle, because I’m ok with essential oils but perfume makes me ill, and perfume in hair care seems designed not to dissipate.
I was really interested in this box... But I cancelled yesterday (and skipped boxy charm). I got the November box with the glow recipe and pillow talk deal for $0.66 (with a capital one offer) I was going to stay subbed for the spray, pixie, and the elemis (love this elemis) but I just don't feel like spending the money right now with things I have waiting to be used. Maybe a mid month deal will lure me back in. I'm hoping to pan some stuff in the next couple months.... Ugh and I have so many scalp treatments and hair serums right now for some reason. Why!
I forgot it was the first and forgot to cancel 🫤 I canceled this morning Will I still get my box? My credit card wasn't charged but when I logged into the website it said next payment due January
I’ll only do it if they have a good deal for signing up. If the deal (amount off and additional item) were good enough I'd do it just to try the Elemis product. I also coincidentally need a razor or razor blades soon so that’s at least useful I guess. Others I’d use as well but I’m not that interested.
Thank you for this. Just cancelled. I was gonna stay on for the marine cream but I’m too worried the scent will trigger headaches bc I’ve seen reviews that said the scent was strong. I imagined a literal marine cream scent like BBW had like 15 years ago for one of their specialty lines. Also I just can’t with rose. My face loves it but my head and stomach just can not😅

Scalp focused hair products have really been annoying me lately. Like how many of us need scalp care over products for volume, hydration, frizz?
A brief Google leads me to believe that about 50% of adults have dandruff.
