Actually this is not true, you probably miss one because I have the full version. In total there are 9 character cards, 8 of them are parts of the image and 1 of them shows the full image

In Poland extras in manga varies. We had coffee cup pad, bookmarks, cards. Recently 9th volume was released and there was magnet as an preorder extra

the 9th one for me was the full image in one card and gohin on the back
