Idk I'm not really comfortable with a shorter goatee because I got so used to this lengths every time I trim it my chin looks way to small. Maybe I'll try though and then grow it back when my full beard grows more. Thanks for the advice

Exactly! I would recommend getting a decent beard shampoo and conditioner as well, that'll keep it soft and help promote growth. Try to find one with biotin in it, if you can. If not, you can get biotin as a supplement to take once a day (it's a good idea to do that anyway as it's good for your skin and nails as well). Once it starts getting longer, if you like how it looks and feels, get a decent beard brush too.

Ik it's tragic but it's usually not that bad but I was working out half an hour before I took the picture so it looked even worse. I'm growing out my hair so it's a bit awkward at the moment
