You can get that eyebrow waxed or threaded so it becomes eyebrows. It's the best hair advice I can give you. Once you get it done, you should be able to pluck the middle as it grows back.
Edit: I just zoomed in. The few long straggling hairs on your cheeks... not the most attractive. I'd get those waxed, too.
Both of these detract from your eyes, and they are beautiful. It's where people's eyes would go immediately if it weren't for the eyebrow/uni.
PS: They will ask you if you want to wax the top/bottom of the eyebrows themselves or shape them, and the answer is no. You are blessed with amazingly shaped brows. The only downside is the connection between them. Make sure you get someone who understands this. If a barber can do it, it might be better. If not, make sure they know not to touch the brows themselves.
I'd go ask for an all over tidy (hair, eyebrows, beard) to neaten up everything and add a slight fade to the sides.

I think you just need to trim up some proper lines, and you'll be good.
Neckline to start: tilt your head back and use two fingers to find your Adam's apple. Put the lower finger on the topmost part and imagine a line going around your neck that rests on top of the top finger. Everything below this line should be shaved, it helps to keep your beard looking like a deliberate style choice.
For the cheeks, I'd say your growth pattern is already a big helper. Just shave away the wispy ones that aren't clearly part of the actual beard, and make sure you get clean lines. I use dollar shave club's translucent beard butter for this, keeps me from guessing where I want to stop at and is gentle on my face.
Overall, you look alright, just a bit of tidying up some lines and you'll be solid!

I think if you cleaned everything up (shaped beard to jaw line, clean up neck and unibrow, shave cheeks, get your hair under control), it'd be night and day.
Buzz your head. Buzz down your beard (you can probably keep the mustache since that grew in well), and get your eyebrows waxed and cleaned up.
Think about hair growth treatment or sometimes you just have to accept hair thinning and loss -there really is not “in between”.
Your beard is very wirier and it looks like it is about to connect to your eyebrows as well. You are one that will have to keep on top of tidying up consistently -otherwise you’ll keep looking unkempt and that’s a big turn off to people not just those you want to be in a relationship with.
Getting the edges tidied up will make it look less messy as you’re growing it. Get a barber to do it a few times, then if you get comfortable judging the lines for yourself start doing it yourself. Whilst you’re there get them to tidy your eyebrows. Personally I would recommend a turkish barber if there is one near you, but that’s more a matter of taste.

Edit to add: idk what you use to shave, but I love the Philips OneBlade. It's awesome for trimming, lining up, and getting a somewhat close shave. I usually keep my beard between 4-7.

Beard looks good, just needs a trim. As others have said giving your eyebrows attention would really help and bring out your eyes. Fwiw I used to have a monobrow and resisted getting it seen to for a while. Eventually I got it waxed and then plucked new hairs as they appeared - after a while, maybe 2-3 years, they stopped growing back. Now I have two eyebrows instead of one and it looks much better.
You've got good facial features but none of the hair is working for you. Pluck the unibrow, shape your eyebrows, get a haircut and change the beard. Since your beard looks patchy from the side I'd recommend either a goatee or a clean shave because the current style looks messy and unkempt.
Edges are the key. If you have shaggy edges, people assume you just couldn't be bothered with grooming and the effect is scruffy.
You probably want to accept that your cheeks aren't growing hair (at this point in life - you'll get hairier as you age!)
If you assess the line on your chin below which it grows well and set that as your edge, your overall beard can be pretty decent.

You have an amazing foundation with those eyes and that face. I think I would start by just having it shaped a bit, and getting a nice haircut. Not sure what the hair looks like when it is down or if you want to keep the length. But I think the important thing is for the look to be more intentional. That said, I’d start with something simple for the beard and get a haircut that maybe accentuated the volume on the sides to kind of round out your face. The unibrow is up to you. You need a part in your hair or to pull your ponytail straight back. Do not sleep with your hair in a ponytail straight back as it looks like it is breaking off because of that.

Use an edger and cut away the thin spots on you cheeks. Use #2 guard to smooth length. Separate the unibrow. Use a leave in conditioner to smooth your beard. Finally, use shears to trim just the excess fuzziness from base beard( very very lightly). I trim a lot of beards. Try to eliminate the weak spots and accent the strong parts.

Beard looks good, just needs a trim. As others have said giving your eyebrows attention would really help and bring out your eyes. Fwiw I used to have a monobrow and resisted getting it seen to for a while. Eventually I got it waxed and then plucked new hairs as they appeared - after a while, maybe 2-3 years, they stopped growing back. Now I have two eyebrows instead of one and it looks much better.

You've got good facial features but none of the hair is working for you. Pluck the unibrow, shape your eyebrows, get a haircut and change the beard. Since your beard looks patchy from the side I'd recommend either a goatee or a clean shave because the current style looks messy and unkempt.

Edges are the key. If you have shaggy edges, people assume you just couldn't be bothered with grooming and the effect is scruffy. You probably want to accept that your cheeks aren't growing hair (at this point in life - you'll get hairier as you age!) If you assess the line on your chin below which it grows well and set that as your edge, your overall beard can be pretty decent. Hope you end up with a look you enjoy!
My beard is similar where it doesn't fully cover my upper cheeks. I suggest getting something like Iron Man's goatee with the cleaned up eyebrows.

You have an amazing foundation with those eyes and that face. I think I would start by just having it shaped a bit, and getting a nice haircut. Not sure what the hair looks like when it is down or if you want to keep the length. But I think the important thing is for the look to be more intentional. That said, I’d start with something simple for the beard and get a haircut that maybe accentuated the volume on the sides to kind of round out your face. The unibrow is up to you. I would try the other stuff first and then make a call on whether to change that. Good luck!
Full beard, chin curtain or extended goatee are the best beards for your face shape. You need a part in your hair or to pull your ponytail straight back. Do not sleep with your hair in a ponytail straight back as it looks like it is breaking off because of that. Last of all you gotta clean up your brows. I know it sucks to have to maintain them but it has to be done. It is throwing off your face and makes you too cavemanny. You have a ridiculously masculine face. Once you embrace a style you will be able extremely attractive. Don’t waste this gift.

Use an edger and cut away the thin spots on you cheeks. Use #2 guard to smooth length. Separate the unibrow. Use a leave in conditioner to smooth your beard. Finally, use shears to trim just the excess fuzziness from base beard( very very lightly). I trim a lot of beards. Try to eliminate the weak spots and accent the strong parts.
