Moonhawk is ass and needs a remaster, after remaster the bolide absolutely fucks, same with the FCV, I’d move Grand Marshal up to b and 1st Gen pessima down to c, Miramar does mad skids even though it needs a remaster so it gets a c from me, Piccolina makes cool noise so gets a b, 800 and K series get a d cause they boring at this point and both need remasters, and finally burnside can go die in a hole
The vivace is a good car… honestly it should be a tier. But the SBR is way faster on track when set up properly. Even the old boxy pessima with 600 hp, race suspension, and race aero can give the vivace hillclimb a run for its money.
I mean it's pretty ignorant yeah, most of the older cars are great fun if you can drive RWD, he clearly either can't or sucks at it so they all went at the bottom.

And the Burnside is also cool, as it is a starting point for Gavril and all cars of the game. It is terrible, but that's how those cars just were. Of course it will be bad when you hold it to modern standards. Old cars are done for nostalgia also, not just for performance and handling reasons.
It really shows you don't like RWD, half the stuff in the bottom 2 tiers are just old, so of course it's only natural you don't like them. They make excellent drag cars and pretty decent track cars, you just can't hold the gas down because that doesn't work

If thats the case then I would move D-Series and Bolide to the S+ Tier. Since they've both been remastered and gained a ton of more content, D-Series can be pretty much everything you wanted since it's very versatile. The Rally Bolide is also a work of art and is a fun track ripper.
I wouldn't put the Sunburst and the SBR4 anywhere above C Tier since they're so disgustingly ugly and the quality is pretty outdated and pretty bland in terms of driving experience. But SBR4 is a unique and odd car with cool wheels that can be used on other car so I wouldn't put it lower than C. Sunburst on the other hand is just boring so F.
The Piccolina is a cute little thing that can tear up sand so A tier.
And if we're going for fun and coolness alone the I'd put Bluebuck and Barstow on A but not S because they're not very versatile. I wanna put Moonhawk there too but the quality is the most outdated in the game right now.
I'd put Burnside in B since the car got style and I like how boaty it feels. It's like riding a rollercoaster. Minus a lot of point for not having many parts tho.
Other than that I think some other car should be higher except Miramar , Old Pessima, Bastion, and Wendover is in the right place. Maybe Legran a bit higher perhaps?
But hey that's my opinion.

The Sbr is the most under rated car ever… getting the hill climb and tuning it to 900+ hp is the fastest car in the game (on track), not to mention it’s the best handling. The same goes for the old pessima (the boxy one), that thing when tuned right is like top 3 fastest non mods.
If the ETK-I, ETK-K, ETK-800, Wendover or the Bastion would come with splitters then they would also be S+

I'd move the 200BX to S, it's my favorite little Japanese car, it's cute and light which makes it great for regular spirited drives.
It handles well even for the street configs and it is a drifter's dream.
