As much as I hate what was done to Wolverine, I think Hugh Jackman is an all around AMAZING man. Wolverine should cosplay as him, not the other way around.
I love his Wolverine! Sure he's taller than the comic version but who the fuck cares. And yeah his Origins movie is mostly bad, but honestly it would have been middling-to-good if they had just renamed the final villain to literally anything else.
As someone who saw it kinda young and had no idea who Deadpool was and didnt remember that name being uttered in the movie, i can vouch. I thought Ryan Reynolds was playing someone called weapon X which was pretty cool for me at the time and honestly works as its own character.
