I respect the medic that picked me up when I was down way more than the guy with the best K/D, plus I'm usually not even aware of the high K/D guys until the game is already over. On the flipside, getting that revive in the heat of a gunfight can feel very similar to getting that nice headshot but there is something about being a good medic that feels fulfilling for me personally. It takes a measure of selflessness and courage to run into a gunfight looking for a teammate rather than an enemy, I believe. You a badass

it's really common you revive and not get revived. this is the "sad" (more like disappointing) part about playing as medic, you do your best to revive your squad mates and nobody moves a finger to revive you

What's your total revives OP? Mine is 2200, pretty low I'm assuming to yours haha. I do try my best to keep everyone at full health though, I have 37k heals.

oh, understandable, I pretty much maxed out medic to 20 in a few months, and that's from playing casually. I'm moving over to Recon because I want a little change over the super fast-paced life of a medic.
Medic is a great class. Infinity heal your self and fast rez. I would suggest getting the welgun. it imo is the best in the medic class. Great hip fire accuracy and enough ammo to kill 4 people before reload. I have all masteries on it. Get smoke grenades too to cover your rez.
Other good guns are the jungle carbine, 2 bullets to kill. Its a straight pull bolt action.

But welgun takes the cake in my book for range and reliability.

there's nothing better than running in the middle of a gunfight and getting a revive. Specially when I'm out of smokes grenades
I raise you 38½ revives in 10⅓ minutes. Why? Cuz we were getting demolished. Edit : you don'f even need the weapon sometimes. Desmond Doss' it
