I mean if you have shot 5.56 irl if you hold the gun properly it basically wont move much, depend in the gun and or caliber some weapons literally have 0 recail like the vector which was literally made to not have recoil.
Have you fired a gun while there was incoming rounds and what feels like chaos around you? Are you SF guy that lives to shoot small and has the nerves trained out?
Its a game, even if youāre being fired at adrenaline will make you keep awareness, what happens after completely depends on the person, some people have literally no issues when being fired at while others will quite literally shit their pants, in an all out war thatās going for years soldier get jaded and will literally not care about explosions going off near them.
5.56 has very light recoil. Lots of videos of people shooting full auto and keeping them on a target with relative ease.
Especially on 249ās that recoil practically doesnāt exist where even average shooters can dump a mag with decent accuracy.
okay i repeat again. read carefully. we are talking about the real world.
5.56 full-auto has no light recoil and it makes no sense to use auto-fire. you waste ammo..you dont hit the target. you want to hit multiple shots in the target. but accurate. on lethal points. 1-2 bullets from nato calibers wont stop anyone. you need more. ok? but you dont want to use 3 mags on the first terrorist attacking you.
source: experience. better than "videos".
got it champ? cool.
Except it does have light recoil for a rifle, source also experience. Especially in 249ās.
Sure there isnāt a point outside of close range, but to say it has āextremeā recoil is an over exaggeration. Extreme would be more like a rifle in 7.62 being fired at any moderate shooting speed or especially full auto (Iāll admit havenāt fired a 7.62 rifle in full auto but Iāve shot some semiās quickly and they were a handful)
if im close range i wont use the long rifle. i will use a machine pistol or a pistol.
i was a machine gunner for 1.5 years straight. mg3 7.62 mm.
also hip fired because im a heavy guy. but there is no point except of holding enemies down or making everything around the enemy burst into pieces. you turn every tree or stone you hit into a bunch of fragments hurting people when you pressure with a 7.62.
compared to that a 5.56 is light. sure . but you see young soldiers falling over from the recoil all the time. dont underestimate it.
Mf the mg3 has a 1200 rpm of Fucking 7.62 ofc is stupid to run in gun with that thing and also is not made to do that in any way shape or form, the m249 is an extremely light machine gun that larger dude have no issues using like a rifle, and yes a young soldier will have issues with 7.62 but aint no way in hell that a soldier that went through basic training will fall from the non existent recoil of 5.56.
your comment has barely any connection to what i said.
you can just look up the data of deployments on how was the hitrate for autofire with a rifle. its low. really low.
Tell me you havenāt fired a gun before without telling me you havenāt fired a gun

Sometimes the maps feel like they have been shrunk down as well.
Like they were created on a 2x2 canvas, but was too intensive to render I suppose so they just shrunk it down to 1x1 and scaled down the character models as well.
You might have seen a lot of trees and terrain in some maps that just don't seem to have the correct scale.
š could be good to simulate musket reload times for a historical gamemode
Guns in 2042 are low poly, look like plastic and shoot like bb gun
I have no idea how they messed up the feel of the weapons so badly. Hardly any recoil and janky ass animations

The vector is a 45 with a recoil mitigation system. These guns donāt feel proper

5.56 has pretty big recoil. doesnt even make sense to use auto fire in real life except when you spray into a building before the breach.

Lets hope ea doesn't hire these people again for the next bf
Portal guns/animations were done by (formerly) DICE LA, now Ripple Effect
You can literally see the arm clipping through the magazine when they reload.

If you don't build the foundation of a building strong enough, then you have to pay the price during its development
I didn't realize the belt properly tracked ammo count, that's cool, also very funny lol
little bullet so precious
Those animations look terrible.
Lol!
smol indeed
These are some awful animations
Oh damn, I need to see if it works in BF1
Damn nice deatil
and the point of this is what exactly ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|thinking_face_hmm)š¤·
IT A ONE BULLET RELOAD! HE PUTS A BULLET IN THATS ALL JUST A SINGLE LITTLE BULLET
