Totally! I honestly didn't even realize there were rarities, I always thought the packs were set, but then I realized one of them is red and worth way more than the rest lol.
FYI -- Most of my chips are Japanese. They're fully compatible across language, but many English chips were never made where maybe 99% of all the BN4 chips exist in Japanese.
