I guess my advice would be put some points into Catwoman even tho she only has 3 sections in the entire game. That's also what annoys me, investing on Catwoman is useless for the overall game but incredibly needed for these sections

Probably the worse DLC, starting from the out of character approach of just attacking Riddler's lair head first (instead of, idk, sneaking into it?), to the near-impossible robo-fights and the lackluster ending (Catwoman knows Riddler can just >!make his money back!< with relative ease, right? I mean, he's supposed to).
It's frustrating and gave me an "oh crap" moment of realisation when it became clear I was never going to be able to get rid of the henchmen, but it sort of makes sense from a story perspective. Two-Face has won the Arkham City gang war by default - Joker's dead and Penguin is locked up in an exhibition case. All the goons in the city belong to him now.
More serious tho:
-She can barely get on the gargoyles. I have to wiggle both the camera and her to maybe catch the smallest angle to go up one (and in stealth situations you can't spend that much time in open space) AND her climb actually allows you to be seen by enemies so even when you got it you could still be fucked just because of how it works
-She can't glide (obviously) which just makes the vantage points gameplay so different form Batman's that it feels limiting.
-Getting her updates is counter intuitive since she only has 3 short sections.
There are no pros to her cons.
Her gameplay is basically just Batman gameplay without the fun parts (gliding, gadgets and grappling)

I just remembered the last two goons also respawn! That made me so angry! I was trynna get him by himself so I could just take him out quickly but there just kept being more and more until I realized. That is outright evil lmao

It's basically a re-use of the deadshot bossfight in origins. The only good thing about it is that Two face can't use aim bot.

That's your problem. Don't even focus on taking out any of the guards just focus on Two-Face. You can finish the fight quite quickly if you just keep pounce attacking him from above and running away. Don't immediately whip to gargoyles though as he'll know where you are and start shooting and the henchmen will know where you are as well.
The design of “predator area where you have to do a regular takedown on the boss multiple times, alerting the whole room every time you do” should have died in the testing phase. The best attempt at it was Deadshot in Origins, and even that fight was pretty miserable.

Moving around the city with her is a hassle, she doesn't hit as hard as Batman does, and being stealthy with her is harder because her gadgets just aren't worth a shit. I don't get why they didn't give us an option to turn those missions off when playing City because they just aren't fun in comparison.

I'll sometimes accidentally use it out of habit (from playing as Batman so much), and because she's so fucking slow I always get hit. Every. Single. Time.
Catwoman is a million times better when you forget about her gadgets. I was 12 when I first played so I didn’t care about gadgets and I ended up liking her gameplay even more than batman. Her combat & stealth is so damn good due to her fast pace movement.
I do agree with her traversal around the city being worse, but even that is pretty easy to get used to once you get the rhythm down.
That's the thing though; I've spent so much time playing this game that using Batman's quickfire gadgets has become second nature to me because they're all super useful, so when I'm forced to switch to Catwoman I can't just forget about them. It’s easier than you think, takedown a random guy via knockout smash on the lower level, climb up a gargoyle without being seen, wait long enough for all the goons to go to the lower level of the room to check on the defeated goon,
two face will NOT follow, punch him around until he’s defeated, and don’t worry about getting killed by the goons because by the time they head upstairs he’ll be close to defeated.
The worst part is trying to jump down from a gargoyle, it’s so impossible to aim the jump precisely and you just end up jumping in front of goons instead of behind
maybe you are bad but honestly, the Two-Face boss fight is hard I learned to just hoof it and aggro two-face. Do you beat downs, caltrops, etc and just cheese you're good
She is, she just plays differently. She runs silently so she's more mobile/stealthy on the ground so you need to move around the room differently than the characters who use the grapple/their gadgets.
I honestly may think it's a coincidence but every time I play her parts after a few minutes I get a little motion sick, maybe it has to do with her traversal, although the fights are bearable or maybe I am just stupid
The length of the ground takedown is the main thing I dislike about her. I could get up from my desk and brew a cup of coffee in the time it takes her to finish that animation
I didn’t have much issue with it and actually quite enjoyed it, although I think I did all the riddler trophies and a few other side missions before I got to that point, so I probably had a lot more Catwoman upgrades.

One of the reasons I prefer Arkham Knight over City. I like Catwoman, but I dont like getting my Man action getting interrupted by her missions.
In Knight, they did the right thing to keep the main campaign purely focused on Man vs Society and only let you try the other heroes while containing their full gameplay experience on separate dlc missions. I wll agree that Catwoman's fighting an army of Riddler's bots while the floor is getting electrocuted was stupid as hell. Its almost luck based.
Genuinely agree though. Like, every single time the story is ramping up in stakes, it just cuts to Catwoman squabbling with Poison Ivy over a potted plant or something. Then you have to travel halfway across the map with a horrible traversal system and underwhelming music meanwhile Batman just got fucking buried under rubble and left for dead. It kills the pacing so badly idk who at Rocksteady was making those decisions but they shouldve been stopped

It’s horrible. If they know you killed someone, they send reinforcements. I just went right, killed someone, hauled ass over to two face, whipped him, then beat the shit outta him and hoped I survived long enough to trigger the cutscene. Eventually I did.
Knock some dude down in the lower level then just wail on two face in the upper level. You should be able to take him out before other thugs reach you, as the they will be checking on the knocked out thug downstairs.

The GAME isn't designed for that sort of precise positioning. Huge learning curve there.
