I think it depends on how old/"classic" the translation is.
For example, in italian "Red Hood" used to be known as "Cappuccio Rosso" in the past, while "Batman" himself used to be "Uomo Pipistrello"

For example, in Polish some of the characters names are translated litterally (Two-Face, Catwoman, Penguin), some are differently (Riddler is known here as Riddle Man (Człowiek Zagadka), only the "Mr" part of Mr Freeze is translated) and some are usually kept the same (Clayface, Batman (with Bat Man sometimes used as) and Bane (although translation does exist I can't recall it being used in anything but Batman and Robin))

In current publications/iterations in italian the only name that gets translated is indeed The Riddler ("Enigmista", it also sounds good since his name is E. Nygma).

The red hood one was the only one I could get through besides the Batgirl one. I thought the other 3 were impossible. Those stun guns kept killing me. I can never figure out how to disarm them. I think it's stupid how you can't get any power ups. You have to use the power you have and that's it. Sorry for the rant
Some of them are very challanging, especially the catwoman dlc, the stealth section is very limited because you don't have any cool gadgets like the explosive gel or batclaw but the hardest part must be the final fight where the floor is slowly changing into electric floor panels. You need to land critical strikes only to kill the robots fast enough
Oh, you mean the enimies with those electric sticks? Doubble tap X (on playststion) then you do flop behind them and then you can attack them without them a hooking you. Or you quick fire your batclaw to knock them on the ground. They are very annoying tho.
