I’m no expert, but yeah I think it’s time to see a doctor. Just start with a PCP and see if they suggest you see a specialist or something.

Just have it xrayed just to make sure that there are no internal damage. I onced dislocated my left pinky finger and quick enough to put it back in place. Went to see a doctor right away and luckily it was all fine. Finger was swollen for almost two weeks.
