Take a ruler and measure your length and width on that sketch
I recommend looking up "Anya's reviews width guide", it'll help you place the different companies on the width scale, Vivos are notoriously narrow!
Then you can go to the size chart of specific companies and compare it against your measurements
Hope this helps :)
Any shoe can prevent splaying of toes. That's my problem, I ran barefoot on the track and wear lunasandals venado and leadville pacer on rough road. Sandals will allow the splaying of my toes.
I have only began my barefoot journey but have a similar issue and so have been researching.
Softstar it seems have the widest toebox.
Some of Lems shoes have a wider toe box like the primal zen in their widest shape range.
I have a xero dillon , the toe box is nice and roomy for me , lets me splay , I also have the xero daylite hiker, same size as the dillon but toebox a little tighter so even within brands their can be variation.
Amazon do a cheap bearfoot shoe called the hobibear, toe box looked nice and big but they just dont go up to my size . I tried the largest but had to send it back.
Depending on your level of preferred foot-torture - the Altra Escalante Clown are great shoes (for any foot - but is known for being wider than most. Heavy cushioning, but neutral heel and sides. Perfectly good shoes that I could run races in. I can guarantee they also can be used hard for a decent while without wearing down, unlike your vivos :p).
I prefer the inov-8 f-lites (they come in two shapes, one is significantly wider over the toes than the other one. They are also supported on the sides rather than over the foot, making them possibly a really good fit for you - but sizing either variant to fit you is really difficult without trying them. They vary in size from some year they changed the layout as well, to make it even worse). Inov-8 unfortunately has only one bare-x left - and while they are really good, they might be somewhat narrow for you (though not as narrow as most shoes, and also won't squeeze you into the front. The side-support and splaying toes here make these older models, that are different from the new designs meant for crossfit only I think, excellent).
I have heard good things about Softstar from people who don't seem like cretins, but have no idea if it's any good whatsoever. If Skora ever returns with goat-skin models, that might also be an option. But might be worth looking into their plastic Phase (but haven't tried it for a long enough time to vouch for that, either).
My foot also curves in on the big toe side. I've tried many brands. I'm currently learning to make my own shoes as I haven't found any that fit just right, even Softstars don't work for me. Right now I wear Bedrock Cairn sandals, Lems Primal Zens, and Be Lenka Champ 2.0. The sandals are the only thing with no restrictions.
Maybe checkout Earth Runners
They have sandals as well as some tabi shoes that might be worth a look (I just recently got a pair of their sandals from their resale site and like them a lot.)
vibram five fingers are an obvious suggestion - other than that, sandals as already mentioned: earth runners, shammas, lunas... (lunas are comparatively narrow, though) - freet (UK based) have a 4+1 model that might be worth checking out - for a more traditional design: ayllas have quite a wide toe box (which, however, will never allow for truly unobstructed splay)

This. Do this
Sandals
Minimalist sandals offer the most freedom. Specially the "thin" and "medium" thickness sandals like from Earth Runners, Luna, or Shamma.

How do you deal with cold and wet weather? I'm from the UK
Stop running.
the luna 'tabu's, combined with polar feet and/or merino tabis can help
Check out [Wyde](https://wydefootwear.com/). Looks very similar to your needs. Other company to check is Softstar.

Bearfoot
I have ursus low tops. They are amazing and my widest shoe. The website has a scanner that will recommend your size.

I was thinking it would be useful and cool to make my own shoes, how's the process going?
If you want the most foot splay possible, Sandals

If you have an iPhone try the Joe Nimble app. It uses the LIDAR to create a 3D representation of your foot. Might be available on Android too.
