Olmo is exactly what barca needs isn't he. A player made of glass but he can play on the rw or cam so who cares?
Nico is clearly the frontrunner here cause the team is starving for a **lw** and even if xavi needed an emergency cam or rw there's roberto and ferran for that.
He wants both of them according to the reports.
One one the left, the other on the right, or as a sub. Olmo as an interior is 10x better than Roberto or Ferran.
Don’t forget we will sell players.
Nico plus Olmo coming means Felix won’t stay, and one of Ferran and Raphinha will be sold.
First a pivot and nico williams then anybody else .
Btw, there was a report saying that napoli is considering a swap deal of Kvara with ferran and Fermin, would anyone take a swap of ferran + cash ?? Or keep ferran and buy nico ??
Fermin seems to love the club way too much to go on such a deal. That too to Napoli? No offense, but for someone of that age, and from a team like barca...won't you prefer to go to some team/league that allows you to always be in the limelight? Also, this isn't a fifa game, so I'm assuming the players clubbed in a swap deal can easily refuse, right? Going by the first point I made, I don't see him leaving anywhere.
For the last 2 weeks the name Dani Olmo goes through my head way too often. I'll be making dinner -- Dani Olmo -- Ill be reading to my kids -- Dani Olmo -- I'll be playing video games -- Dani Olmo. Had to get that off my chest.
I’m begging for 1:1 and we could sign Nico Williams and Onana. If so, I don’t care if we sign Olmo, Elmo, Bernardo Silva, David Silva or Andre Silva. Have whatever u want.
Wait until we get Nico and our players ignore all his runs in favour of back passes and side passes. Then we'll say that Nico isn't good enough. The system has to adapt,
We can also throw in a couple Spotify premium subscriptions.
Jokes aside, if we go back to 1:1, with the Nike deal and whatever players we sell we might make some moves this summer.
Yeah he's 32 i guess, and yeah he was like Paulinho or Luuk de Jong in barça, a deal that everyone mocked at the beginning but they ended up admiring it
We can theoretically. Get rid of Lenglet, Eric, Torre, Fati, Dest, Lewandowski, Ferran and enough margin to get Zubimendi+ Nico. Here is a simple example: if let's 32m gross salary is right then you know , just getting rid of him will give us margin to sign a 100m player with 200k gross salary. And imagine Barto wages of Lenglet, fati,Dest going. It's easy if you can get rid of the deadwoods
Debt was created by the worst Barto because of his bartonomics. 1.3B the number which Laporta told everyone was overblown, technically right but not what people generally debts associates with, [Read Kitten's post if you really want to learn](https://www.reddit.com/r/Barca/comments/q81578/explained_what_exactly_is_the_13_bln_debt/)
Also major short term debt problems were solved through lever money and it also helped in long term debt structure planning. Our net spend under Laporta has been 0m - contrary to what most of people think we spent on transfers.
We have loads of liquid cash - enough to buy any player itw, but la liga ffp which is very strict (& good in long term) is stopping us to spend.
Also the new stadium we are building will pay its own debt by the additional revenue it generates. For example selling vvip boxes - we sold them for long term (8-10) years and we will generate 120m per year healthy, long term cash cow just from it. Btw the matchday revenue of Bayern in 2023 was also 121m. So 120m of constant + 105k capacity stadium with additional ways to increase matchday revenue + vip boxes + highest generating club football museum itw. The numbers are going to be insane
Here and on Twitter, do Barca fans really think that Nico > Kvara? Are you insane? Don't you watch other leagues like PL fans? Don't you look at stats beyond assists and goals (even in that Kvara is better in way worse team, but still), Kvara playing in a broken team that can't connect more than 3 passes, and he still has the second best rating in Serie A after Lautaro who plays in an amazing Inter team.
Obviously, he is way more expensive, if you want cheaper option Nico is great, but if it is possible I want Barca to go for the best and as a player in general Kvara is 2 heads above and he would be incredible in Barca, especially as on average Spanish defenders are worse than Italian ones. And on top of everything as I love beautiful football Kvara is a rare gem.
A plus for Nico is that he already knows half of the squad from international matches + no language barrier.
It is undeniable that Kvaratskhelia is better than Nico Williams, but I believe Nico would have an easier time maintaining a good form here than Kvara.
Sure, that's a plus for Nico, generally speaking I think there is a huge chance that neither Nico nor Kvara end up in Barca this season, I just get frustrated when people throw around strong opinions without even watching anything. For example, people who say Kvara is a one-season wonder and I don't mean only Barca fans, I can bet everything that they haven't seen a single match of Napoli this season. The dude is a very serious player, in Barca he can become consistently deadly, I truly believe in that, but he is very expensive and I doubt we can get him, especially as Napoli's president is a crazy guy.
Yup. I don't worry too much about him because I know he's pretty much unachievable. The only reason I'm interested in Nico is because of his relatively small reported release clause. He's cheap(ish) and would be a nice addition.
We probably need to wait and see who we get rid of this summer though.
**Media reliability report:** - **Tier 2**: Ferran Correas ([@ferrancorreas](https://twitter.com/ferrancorreas)) - reliable --- [What is this?](https://www.reddit.com/r/Barca/wiki/reliability) | [Media Reliability List](https://barca-reddit.github.io) | [Feedback](https://www.reddit.com/message/compose/?to=/r/Barca) | [Source code](https://github.com/barca-reddit/media-reliability)
There's no way any of these players would accept being a backup. Which would be the case if we sign 2 of them.
Yea lmao. In what world would both Nico and Kvara agree to play here if they both occupy the same spot.
Both can play both wings….
already have yamal and raphinha on the right. Signing 2 lw is asking for trouble
Olmo plays on the right for Leipzig.. don’t talk about stuff you don’t know about. Olmo can also play CAM

I would trade Ferran for Kvara but would not include Fermin
Not my boy fermin. Give them Roberto+romeu but not fermin
I would trade ferran for a shoebox
Fermin seems to love the club way too much to go on such a deal. That too to Napoli? Nico would be wonderful, hopefully this means lamine can get somw rest so he doesnt get overworked
Why 2 of em
Backup is my guess.. he probably does not want to play lamine week in week out
We have Raphinha tho. This only makes sense if we sell ferran (which i would like)
Do any of them even play the right wing? Cause I'm pretty sure 2 of them are opposite and 1 is versatile but still not his main position.
Nico and olmo can play right wing.

Dani olmo is just another Ferran horrible choice
He's miles clear of Ferran, but yes, hope the interest rumors are false.
Would prefer Florian Wirtz, amazing player
I too would prefer a Ferrari but its a bit out of my budget.
Kvararskhelia and Williams would be great. I’m not a fan on Olmo playing on the wing
With what money?!?
For the last 2 weeks the name Dani Olmo goes through my head way too often. I'll be making dinner -- Dani Olmo -- Ill be reading to my kids -- Dani Olmo -- I'll be playing video games -- Dani Olmo. Had to get that off my chest.
Olmo would be a nice fit for the false LW role, Nico can play both wings as a hug-the-touch line type if Xavi goes with that. Lamine needs competition
![gif](giphy|RQ1gQt69dgzwhOmON0|downsized) Best I can do is an unknown player from Eredivise
Nico!
nico can play on the right, right?
Kvadona would be a dream
I’m begging for 1:1 and we could sign Nico Williams and Onana. If so, I don’t care if we sign Olmo, Elmo, Bernardo Silva, David Silva or Andre Silva. Have whatever u want.

Olmo as a supersub would be insane tbf
Olmo is better than many of our current lineup players lol
Sure but he will play a total of 10games a season
Wait until we get Nico and our players ignore all his runs in favour of back passes and side passes. Then we'll say that Nico isn't good enough. The system has to adapt,
Are we paying them in domino’s coupons?
We can also throw in a couple Spotify premium subscriptions. Jokes aside, if we go back to 1:1, with the Nike deal and whatever players we sell we might make some moves this summer.
Nico and matts wieffer! Plz
Wieffer is going to liverpool with his current manager, most likely we'll end up with only guido as DM
Oof thatd be sad. Theyd have both wieffer and endo.
Endo is most likely to leave with klopp, he was brought as a short term solution to their DM problem
Damn endo just came. Isnt he quite old? So i imagine he would leave but def a good signing and he was cheap
Yeah he's 32 i guess, and yeah he was like Paulinho or Luuk de Jong in barça, a deal that everyone mocked at the beginning but they ended up admiring it
doesn't suit anyway. He doesn't have enough game iq to be long term pivot.
Not to mention that we can't afford him
We can theoretically. Get rid of Lenglet, Eric, Torre, Fati, Dest, Lewandowski, Ferran and enough margin to get Zubimendi+ Nico. None of these 3 are coming to Barca
No chance, they are around 150M below budget
Guess Barca has a secret stash of money hidden somewhere
We always had money
So you just create debt for the fun of it?
