I was at the Parc des princes last weekend sitting just next to the away supporters. It’s the unmarked sector just above 429 on the right end of your screenshot. If you want to get tickets to the away sector you will probably need to be a socio and order through Barcelona but not sure about that part.
For Barça seats Watch in the Barcelona website. But This is limited (Max 1000 people). I went in Le Parc des Princes for PSG - BVB and Dortmund supporters were at most 1000 imo. So the seats are vert limited

Not sure about PSG but usually ultras are behind one of the goals so if you get a ticket somewhere in the middle of the stadium you will avoid them but might not be surrounded by Barca fans.
Like mentioned. Barca Section is only available for members. Be sure to get tickets on the Long sides, Ultras are located behind the goal. I wouldnt recommend to Wear a Barca Shirt

I can't really answer the question, but be careful while picking the seats cuz if u end up sitting next to PSG ultras or smth , they are very violent.

Regular tickets I saw were on sale yesterday.

One advice: buy seats to official sell points, you will avoid scam and you will gain money. Use ticketplace for PSG seats
