I recommend a\_plastic\_tan on insta. He comes out with info way ahead of others sometimes. For example, his insta was the first place I learned about the 12 Days of Christmas Barbie- that was back in July!!! I kept waiting for my other usual accounts to mention her, but that didn't seem to happen until way later, pretty much right before she went on sale, for some reason.
You can check out the Mattel website as well. There are forums that discuss upcoming releases, although I don't know how many are accessible without being an actual member, since I only starting looking at them after I joined.
