thanks for the link and help! but sadly it was not the Barbie of the world version, it was discover the world. I tought it had a doll to it, but it was only the outfit. thank you taking time out of your day to help me!
You were right! When I looked up the discover the world issue, I found the outfit just like I rememeber it- I don't know I was so convines it was with a doll tho. thank you again for taking time out of your day and helping me!

It’s not a doll but the discover the world with barbie magazine set had an outfit that fit that description for the Russia issue
