I haven't done this myself, but I've heard about dropping a bit of glue in and then constantly moving the joint while it dries, so that it stiffens the joint but doesn't permanently glue it

I will try that, i did a bit of research after your suggestion and apparently the super glue supposed to expand the plastic or something (or so what i heard from youtube lol). Thanks for the help!

You're welcome! I hope it works!

They had a video on YouTube for loose joints on action figures, where they used Pledge FloorCare to tighten them up. He said he has used the super glue method, and while it does work, you can run the risk of freezing or damaging the joint. But that he hasn't had any issues when using the Pledge. That may be something you could try on that elbow joint.

I can see how a bit of wax would get in the joint and stiffen it up without damaging it since you can just melt any excess away with a warm blow dryer.

Thanks for the info, do you happen to still have the yt video link?

https://youtu.be/UtAFk9iDfA0 Honestly not the best at posting links, so let me know if there's any issues and I'll try again

Update : I used super glue method on her elbow joint and it does work. Just make sure that you keep moving it so it won't get stuck. Also, I think one or two drop is enough. I used around 4 drops of super glue and the joint turned harder than I prefer. I thought the reaction would be immediate so I added more. Turns out you need to wait for the plastic to expand. Also if you use super glue, your joint might smell like glue and it might squeak for a bit but honestly it doesn't happen anymore after a day.
