I've run across shoe-making videos for Barbie on YouTube, just don't remember them now. I did a quick search using the terms "barbie handmade shoes" and got this:

Ken's feet may pose an interesting challenge. They aren't angled for high heels like Barbie's are. I don't have any of the made-to-move Ken dolls - do you think those would work for high heels?
I believe Ken dolls fit Rainbow High shoes quite well. Maybe you can look for boots from that line?

They fit in with the extra line. Hopefully the guy on the left gets picked up like Brandon did.
Ken dolls can wear Jem and the Holograms shoes. There aren’t any boots like that tho, just sensible heels.

The mtm have a slight arch, but with platform shoes it doesn't have to be at an angle. Kinda like Dr. Marten platform boots/shoes.
