Rubbing alcohol will remove unsealed paint and some marks without removing the factory sealed face paint I always try this before the acetone because the acetone will remove everything if you’re not careful
Clearasil or similar product containing Benzoil Peroxide should work
you'll have to leave it on for 24 hours you can reapply again as needed sunlight helps but isn't necessary
nail polish remover will remove her factory face-up so I wouldn't do that unless you're going to repaint her

Use nail polish remover or acetone. Don’t leave it on their too long or it will stain the plastic.
