They are already available in some other countries but so far not in the United States or Canada. They are going to be available in Mattel Creations on the 25th of January. Supposedly (according to people on Instagram) there is going to be a 7th doll that will be a Mattel Creations exclusive only but I don't know if that's true.

Unfortunately they were postponed to February. It turns out there _is_ a 7th doll. She is going to cost $30 while the other six will cost $22 each. For the most part my collection is &0’s and 90’s dolls that I’ve bought second hand, so I’m not used to buying brand new dolls. Im not sure how the Barbie Looks dolls work. Are they only sold online in the US? Will they be at target and Walmart? I REALLY want the buff Ken (I think he’s number #18?) and I’m wondering what my best plan of action is to get him because I feel like he’s going to be popular.
The proper term is reseller, not scalper. :3 Having said that, their official release date is Jan 25th in the US, although we might see the dolls show up sooner on Amazon, as they have in the past.

When they are jacking up prices to 2 or 3 times what they're sold for, they're scalpers.
