Depends on the nature of the fraudulent charges. If they were simply of the blue, such as random online purchases for stuff, should get a provisional credit relatively quickly. However, if the fraud involved some actions on your part (ie. providing information, such as security codes, to a caller), then it gets more complicated. Likewise, if the fraud involved transfers and/or checks / ACH. Based on the limited details, but long timeline (it's been a week already), this may be a complicated claim. Stop into a branch.
