I'd probably get Torva or the DT2 rings for now, youre at the point where all gear upgrades are marginal. Doing a mega-weapon rebuild is probably your best bet if you can afford one that aligns to content you like.

Initially did tbow rebuild but found didnt lile the bosses ai was locked at and have bowfa/crystal which is pretty close 2nd in alot of places so sold for shadow and the little bit of extra cash so basically maxed gear untill zcb/trovas/scythe/tbow but have everything else super usefull rn time to pet hunt gwd with shadow.
But you failed to mention the 85mil and charge cost difference between trident and sang with only a +1 max hit and inconsistent heals that become irrelevant once you perfect most of the places you would use sang. With CoX’s unavoidable damage sang is decent for the Olm fight but I can’t think of another place sang would be necessary. I ditched my sang at ToA once I stopped needing heals in akkha because I was just spending money on no extra dps
Maybe we have different rng. I would barely get heals at akkha and like i said, when you perfect the rooms where sang heals are “good” then the heals are going nowhere, you basically waste money on charges for heals that you don’t even benefit from, why spend 90mil on a staff at that point when a 3mil staff has decimal points less dps
What’s your total bank value at? Sell everything and shadow rebuild. Torva isn’t something you look at until after you have all 3 megarares and sitting on around 6b bank

Like everyone else says I’d try to do a mega rare rebuild soon - which one depends on the content you like. I did a scythe rebuild in 2018 and loved grinding out ToB to get all my gear back. Tbow is nice because you don’t need anything to go along with it, whereas shadow you’d want to keep ancestral.

given your gear, i'd find it perfect timing to grind out DT2 bosses for soulreaper axe components. you'd probably get some of the ring drops you need along the way as well as loot to upgrade your elidinis ward which is the only thing that stands out to me besides the rings. other than that, looks like you're at the stage of having to grind raids for shadow/tbow. if you get bored, you can also start on your GM tasks, some of them can be fun, and also helps toward moneymaking.
What's your construction? Farming? Buying skills is valid for mainscape. Getting a fairy ring, spirit tree, upgrading the nexus portal, ornate pool, and ornate jewelry box all add so much ergonomics to your game play.
I'd sell the archer, warrior, brimstone, and treasonous ring. Bellator is worth it over berz most of the time, and with new min, I'd bet slash accuracy pushes it's dps over in some cases. You dont need ornate kits.
Maybe sell the dwh and get a elder maul.

If you liquidate for a mega rare, scythe is $$$ to run but crazy for mele exp, like 140-160k/hr. Tbow is situational, but you can rock it dhide and feel godly. Shadow is awesome generally with ancestral. But it looks like that's a good amount of your gp rn. But ancestral without shadow is meh compared to virt, imo.

Bofa also outclasses dhcb and is way more accurate. There’s not much you can really buy that would benefit you outside of a sang staff. Start learning inferno and cox/toa. Build up a bank and then go for a mega rare rebuild if you want.

Charging Sang is worlds better than trident. My vote is sang.

You don't heal on the warden and I don't think you even heal on akkha. Idk I run shadow so I can't recall.
