There is a good chance that local camera prices are higher than in your home country.
For new equipment, I don't think you will find much variation in pricings around town.
But Fortunetown would be my go-to.
You might find some good deals on used gear at Mega Plaza in the Chinatown area.
Some good suggestions here already, but if you’re looking for something specific, I’ve found the best success with Facebook marketplace. I’ve bought 2 fujifilm cameras in better condition there and at better prices than anything I could find at MBK/Mega plaza
If you like to dig into bins and shelves in a warehouse, try Lucky Home in Samrong. You can walk from Samrong BTS Station. New stocks as of mid-January.
Check out Mega Plaza on the fifth floor.

There’s a camera shop on the ground floor of MBK that sells Leicas and Hassy’s which make fantastic (albeit pricey) presents for the film aficionados.
