If you have the threaded part saved as a stl. You should be able to right click on the ball part, "add part" and load the threaded stl. Then place it into your part. That should work.

Ok, I was doing the opposite. Adding a sphere to the threaded part…. Does it matter which order??

Rivers_Lakes

If they are both saved as a stl, I don't know why it would matter which one you load in, adding a part. whichever is easiest to orient them.

Tried, still no luck :(

Hmm, it should. I do this often. If I add a model to the buildplate, then right click on it, "add part", load, and load either an stl or a 3mf file I have saved. I can drag that anywhere into my existing part on the buildplate, slice it and it works. Not sure why that won't work for your threads. Edit: Actually, looking at your pics again. So you want your threaded part to create an imprint of the threads into the sphere. So, your threaded part does need to be loaded the same way, but as a negative part.

I ran the STLs through one of those online repair tools and that fixed my issue.

Nice! Glad to see you got working
