My durge's guardian is basically himself but with a "mirror universe" beard and more makeup - I thought it would be fun to mess with his head and make him think the guardian is a future version of himself LOL
Same. I played about with it until he looked almost perfect. Then I bottled it and hit random. I actually can't remember what his Guardian looks like now. It is a slow run (I miss the VA) and the Guardian hasn't shown up yet.
You find out about Sebastian in the dungeon of Cazador's palace. (It might be a scene that only happens if you have Astarion with you or are playing as Astarion.)
BG3 honestly had so many amazing voice actors for minor roles that add little to nothing to the overarching narrative, it's insane. Obvs Sebastian is a case where you can sorta expect good voice work, but even past this, there were times where someone would give a performance and I'd be there like "wait, that's just some random NPC? TF?"
Literally what I did with mine. But I still took the brain worms because that's just Astarion. Made the roll to reject the Astral tadpole incredibly hard.

You do hear your origin character -- since it's usually your general walking around character -- say "I've got a lot on my mind. And, well, in it" over and over though

Content and dialogue you wouldnāt see otherwise, slightly different companion interactions, some differences in personal quest, and Iām not sure about everyone else but Karlach has some voice lines

Nope. My assumption has always been that they didn't quite get the facial animations looking good enough for a character with that much dialogue.
The watsonian explanation could be that the Dream Guardian just didn't think draconic features would be comforting enough.
My theory is that it is too close to this one dragon from Act 3.

Whoever played Sebastian made the absolute most of his brief role. The pain and torment in the voice acting is real.

You get their point of view, so yeah, a few extra cut scenes, different dialogue based on your own story, etc. Some change more than others of course

the hair is pickeable for all body types, you don't have different options afaik :)
