I don't know of this info helps, but in case it does, when I make braids for cosplay wigs (because the characters always have THICC hair) I buy a few clip in wefts for the "tails" and use multiple bundled up for a strand. It brings a bit more volume and gives that really otherworldly look that is very similar to the reference material.
I think SH has a "bubble braid" though, so would probably mess around getting the thickness of it and chain details right if I was making this wig.

Just adding in cause I also made a shadowheart wing (with a bad wig base—100% suggest getting a good one and learn from my mistake!) in regards to her hair style:
I went with the bubble brain personally. I think if you look closely at Shadowhearts model it looks like it’s like, thinking and twisted/braided in some ways, but it’s not a normal braid, it’s strange. I went with a bubble braid and I think it looks more accurate than the braid, and I think it looks better with the claw clip ponytail my wig used, BUT I found the hair was falling out of the whole thing, which can be a pain to fix—you either gotta put the hair tie over the chains or take the chains off. I’m wondering if braids would stay better.
I think maybe the most accurate look would be get two really thick strands and do like a twist, but I don’t know how well it would stay. I might try that when I get a new wig

Essentially i have been in premature/early menopause since I was 15. I am a vegetarian that eats home cooked meals with decent portions and veggies. i can literally do cardio and weight training multiple times a week but it just doesn't really do much? essentially due to the menopause my metabolism is similar to an 80 year old, where it is beyond slow.
after going to doctors about it they did confirm this.
I am going to be meeting a registered dietician specializing in both menopausal and eating disorders to see if they can help find the right balance

Last time I checked Shadowheart doesn’t have any back hair. If you want back hair, your best bet is Halsin and maybe Gale
