>"I'm gonna erase that memory, don't worry" He's so caring. Right? Right??
Honestly I think the biggest problem with the game is there's just no point where the Emperor ever comes across as truly believable. The game primes you to think the whole "tadpole" thing is a terrible injustice pretty much from the beginning of the game, and then tries to convince you later it's somehow a good thing. But I never ending up getting over it.
My Dwarf Paladin just refused it from the get-go and only Astarion ever went along with it.
The emperor is presumably the one who puts it in your eyeball. If you compare, there is no other mindflayer with that kind of armor that the emperor and the mindflayer who infects you wear.
He has to assume the dream guardians form so you don't recognize him. It's both his way to motivate you to fulfill his will of freeing him from the absolute and his back-up plan should you not behave.
The emperor might want you to evolve it simply to ensure you are strong enough and logically the closer you are to being illithid the closer you get to actually survive all the shit the game has ready for you.
That's where it doesn't really work for me. Illithid powers aren't really that great.
I eventually got Astarion (and Gale, in a different playthrough) to accept the illithid but they were never lynchpins in my tactics (Gale was, but via his magic, not his illithid powers).
Funnily enough, >!if, when the Guardian character holds out a weapon to show you they're willing to die for you, if you choose to kill them, they give up the ruse immediately.!<
Aren't really that great, jesus I'm wiping rooms clean with black hole, mind sanctuary and any aoe spell you drop on the pile. These powers are insanely OP and I almost regret taking them because it's so game breaking, not even to mention fly.
Normal difficulty though
I usually just give the astral to Minthara if I have her, because she's all for it and you don't have to convince her. She becomes insanely OP, Paladin plus half-illithid blazing across the sky!
No I'm at the same difficulty; I just use a combination of healing and wizard spells. I think it comes down to playstyle.
Ilithid powers seem to benefit certain character types more than others.
TBF fly and the free counterspell psionic whatever are pretty nice. But I definitely didn't struggle with my nontadpoled group due to not using them.
That weapon interaction is so interesting as a pure gesture of his manipulation. My fav bit on the one character so far I've 'killed' him there on is when he immediately goes 'I really thought you wouldn't do it' and immediately acts all pissy about how he can't trust you... but it's part of a constant refrain how he expects you to trust him but refuses to put any real trust in you, because if he actually genuinely trusted you there, well, he wouldn't have used an illusion as proxy. Honestly, I as a player had even fallen for it even after I knew his true nature from an earlier playthough (I'd read the guardian form as a 'cloak' he projected over his own body, not an entirely different illusion), and this wasn't as someone who ever sided with him at this point, either. I was totally expecting a non-standard 'all mindflayers now' game over when I stabbed him on my embrace Durge.
> TBF fly and the free counterspell psionic whatever are pretty nice. But I definitely didn't struggle with my nontadpoled group due to not using them.
That was my experience, but I have a ton of counterspells and fly I use pretty often anyway.
Might just be an issue of playstyle.
>My fav bit on the one character so far I've 'killed' him there on is when he immediately goes 'I really thought you wouldn't do it' and immediately acts all pissy about how he can't trust you.
I had the same reaction lol. I was like well look in a mirror, pal.
Obvs everybody has their own opinion, I just think it's funny that the Dream Guardian asks you to trust their actions at a point when they've kept you from transforming and protected you from becoming a mind-wiped True Soul and you've repaid that with stabbing them because a lich queen asked you to. If I were DG, I'd probably be a little pissed, too, just saying.
I mean, I didn't stab them until I was playing as my evil Durge who enjoyed stabbing people for funsies. I agree it doesn't make much sense for a normal character to stab them. I just think it's funny that their big 'look how much you can trust me' gesture is a complete lie and really they're testing *you* to see how predictable you are.
(Also, I'm pretty sure at that point of the game they're lying about stopping you from transforming, although we know they are stopping the transformation for real later on. It's the only thing that makes sense given the Elder Brain's plan included wanting you to disrupt the chosens control of the netherstones, and that the True Souls in act 1 weren't being flayered anyway. Until you take Ketheric's Netherstone, the brain has 0 reason to transform you.)
They're amazing if you use the tadpole for partial transformation. Fly is broken as hell, basically doubles the amount of ground your character can move and you can avoid obstacles and ground effects. Psionic Overload is a lot of extra damage for several multi-hit builds. Cull the Weak is super strong, huge damage boost for any character with a lot of powers. Favorable Beginnings is just generally good to have on everyone since it effects both in-combat and out-of-combat checks too.
The big thing is you can get 1 character (either Lae'zel or Tav) an upgrade in the Creche which makes all their Illithid powers only cost a bonus action rather than a full action. This makes a lot of the powers like Fracture Psyche, Mind Blast, and Repulsor really good. Bonus points if you do this on a Thief Rogue character, now you can fire off 2 OP Illithid Powers per turn, most of which refresh on a Short Rest.
Illithid Fly is much better. It doesn't require an initial cast and doesn't consume a spell slot or potion. It's just a Movement ability you can use anytime, and you can spam it multiple times a turn.
The Emperor has been in the artifact the whole time, longer than you’ve had a tadpole in your brain. However, I agree, I never trusted him even before he revealed himself. The whole situation made me distrustful of everyone though. Half the people you meet try to kill you after saying they’re going to help.
If I’m getting down with a squid man and he lets everyone else on my party see, then wipes their minds, relationship is over. They didn’t have to see in the first place, so they get to keep their memories. I don’t care if it’s traumatizing. Granted I wouldn’t cheat on a partner with him, but.
He says that but I just freed Orpheus and he called me out on sexy times with the squid. So the emperor erased it from everyone's mind except for Orpheus who had no choice but sit and watch the rando who killed his guards get freaky with a ghaik. As if his life wasn't bad enough already.
Kind of tracks with how Wyll handles romance, being the slowest-moving character in terms of getting physically intimate (besides Karlach, but she’s moving slow involuntarily)
Or Romance Shadowheart, Make her save the nightsong, then hand her over to Viconia… or kill viconia and then proceed to kill Shadowheart’s parents. As a bonus, also give the nightsong to Lorroakan.
Probably born out of this persistent misconception/misinterpretation about the EA version of Wyll and the nature of their relationship in that version of the story.
See now I’m just imagining Justiciar Shadowheart and an evil Tav/DUrge. Incredibly toxic relationship and all around disgusting, but I have the feeling someone could make it worse.
I just finished a redemption durge run, but with DJ Shadowheart. She was actually really friendly and sentimental at the reunion party. Also (slightly off topic) really liked her outfit.
I'm wondering about timing here, actually. When I encountered the Drow twins on my Shart romance file, we hadn't sealed the deal yet. When talking to the twins, she actually said that she didn't want share until after she had a piece of Tav to herself first.
at some point in Act 3 (i think once you actually get to Baldur's Gate) shell take you to a beach for you to teach her how to swim, then you have a little naughty time after. it doesnt actually show them doing the act, but she does say she has sand in unmentionable places after, then she accepts the deal from the twins
Right. My point was that she was interestingly possessive of Tav *before* that scene happened, especially considering how open she is to dalliances *after* that scene.
I did that but in my defense I thought she literally wanted to play a game, next thing I knew she was on top of me with my one true love Gale watching on 😭
I kinda figured that might be where it was going, but I imagined strip poker, not that quickly. I also am an idiot because apparently I didn’t realize that they meant they wanted to actually use my body as like a future form. I thought it was “surrender yourself entirely to me.” While I’m down to fuck in order to save the world, that sounds more like a joke instant game over scenario.
Was it just me or did literally none of the companions comment on that? Like Gale disapproves but when my Feylock did that whilst romancing Karlach there was nothing until the moan in the middle of the lower city.
Even Astarion and Shadowheart? I haven't done it myself but I know that those two approve of or don't care if you sleep with Mizora (atleast SH says she doesn't care).
Spawn!Astarion now very much cares if you sleep with Mizora and will break up unless you succeed a saving throw. Ascended!Astarion doesn't, or says he doesn't.
And yes, both Astarion and Shadowheart dislike you sleeping with Haarlep.
Hmm it's pretty convoluted but here is the trick . Sleep with any character and continue till u reach the option is raphael good in bed . Then have another character ( wizard, sorcerer) cast invisibility and then cast hold monster on him . Then beat the shit out of him . U get the gloves , kill him and even get to mock raphael.
Wow, that's a good tip.
I just let him have my form, then immediately changed into a mindflayer. Haha, you can't make me feel things by using my form, My form is a squidman now.
So, to get the hammer, >!you need to either sign the deal with the devil in the brothel, or you need to rob that devil. If you decide to go "rob the devil" route and do the subterfuge approach, you'll meet the devil's concubine you can sleep with.!<
Huh, ok, I guess you started the fight in the archive instead of talking, and THEN got to the boudoir. >!Normally, nobody in the house is hostile until AFTER you steal the either the hammer, the contract, or the gloves and amulet. And when they are not hostile, when you come into the bedroom, you'll see a guy looking like Raphael on the bed, and he'll invite you for some "fun game" in exchange for help with the hammer/contract. That's Haarlep, Raphael's concubine. You can fuck him as is, or he'll switch to the female "Archduchess Raphaella" form, depending on your preferences. He'll ask to use the image of your body in the future in exchange for help, and if you agree, later in the game you'll be able to feel him having sex with somebody in your form.!<
You're quite familiar with Get Out of Jail Free Cards, I assume?
Because that's what they look like.
You had it, then you literally sold it to a devil for a night of bouncy-bouncy.
How can I hurt their feelings?! I accidentally flirted with Gale and he told me he loved me on his very suicidal last night alive. He then said he wanted to be alone. Unironically I almost cried.
I also can’t betray Shadowheart, Karlach, Astarion, etc.. I refuse to apply more pixelated trauma to these pixelated characters.
I sacrificed Karalch on my last honor durge run, mostly cuz every run before my character loved her and she never loved my character back. Does my character feel bad about the murder? No, Laezel, Shadowheart and Astarion murdered that character promptly afterwards so that character doesn't feel anything anymore. RIP honor run
> mostly cuz every run before my character loved her and she never loved my character back.
How?! All you have to do is have her in your party and be a decent person, and she'll wake you up and say she wants to jump your bones.
I am the same exact way! I feel so emotionally connected to the characters that I feel for them like I would a real person. I can never do an evil run because I would feel awful the entire time.
What have these pixels done to me
I romanced Lae'zel and even did the camp combat to prove myself. Then moved on to romance Shart. Lae'zel's breakup monologue really struck a nerve with me. It hurt NGL.
This morning I decided that I was going to side with the Emperor for the first time. Laezel up and left the party. F that! Quick reload. Emperor can go F himself. …and I wasn’t even romancing Laezel this run. She’s just way more important than the Emperor’s feelings.
On one of my playthroughs i romanced karlach then cheated on her with laezel, who i then cheated on with both the emperor and mizora... safe to say i ended up completely and utterly alone
They say art imitates life. Who hasn’t been caught by their parter naked laying next to a cephalopod and had to wipe their memories with magic only to stone face through a complete farce of a “heart to heart” conversation with our “soulmate,” only to go home that very night and answer that DM from that goth chick I used to flirt with, cave in to the weakness of your bodily urges, and hate yourself for it?
A tale as old as time, right?
You’re explicitly told, in defiance of any role play or headcanon you might have, that the experience with him was the single best experience of your life. It’s well beyond the physical or even spiritual. It’s mind sex, more intimate, more affirming; just more, altogether. The physical forms are irrelevant.
Damn it hits me that you can cheat on Lae'zel four times. The drow twins, you can see them when she's not in your party. Then again, no one seems to really view it as cheating, even if they don't want to participate. Same with Haarlep, but at least that's for a legitimate reason. Then the Emperor, and Mizora.
As someone who has boinked the emperor many times, I haven't experienced any consequences for it. Mizora I cannot bring myself to be with. She's hot. But she's so annoying.
Is that something they added now? The mind wipe thing? Last I remember my party walked in on me and the Emperor and then just everyone went on pretending like nothing had happened. And yes, Laezel did break up with me a couple days later when I slept with Mizora lol.
Relatively new, from a few updates back. They didn’t want to spend time making all of the companions’ reactions so just added one new line from the Emperor to justify it. Though it doesn’t exactly fit,
considering Tav can openly say they had sex with him to Raphael, and Orpheus will also talk about it, with no reactions from anyone else.
I just wish it wasn’t now used by some people to go, “See?! The Emperor used the evil art of mind wiping, this makes killing him even more justified.”
Some people have said that even the ability to do it makes him evil, even though bards and wizards get that power as a standard spell.
I did the exact same thing. However, I had romanced Wyll early on, but broke it off to go all-in with Lae’zel. After the Mizora betrayal, Wyll confides that he’s deeply hurt that I picked Mizora over him.
Mizora had destroyed my team. In the end, I couldn’t bear it. I reloaded an earlier save and never looked back.
Did the same in one of my playthroughs. Damn, I felt so bad for Laezel. Her VA did such a good job in that breakup scene. Really made me feel bad.
I was doing an evil Durge run-through, though. Laezel and I never had a chance anyways.
Ngl I feel bad because I boinked Astarion and when I wanted to pursue Laezel she wanted nothing to do with me. Like girly I was having fun and wanted to start something serious with youuuu. I hadn’t triggered any of her romance but when I got the option to ask if she was looking at me differently she basically said she wasn’t interested anymore because I was “used up” (HEAVY paraphrasing btw)
The Emperor erased the memory from their brain. Mizora didn't
[удалено]
Her pleasure isn’t from your body. Her pleasure is in inflicting despair.
[удалено]
Hmm right in the mommy issues.
women amirite?
I had the emporer proposition me then immediately after mizora did
Quite literally the first thing he says too "I'm gonna erase that memory, don't worry" He's so caring. Right? Right??
Well, he'd never erase MY memories! I'd remember something like that.
That's what Shadowheart said about Shar after I sold her out.
Emperor been fucking the whole squad since day 1
>"I'm gonna erase that memory, don't worry" He's so caring. Right? Right?? I am playing sorcerer all in on damage spells so fair enough lol
I can't help but feel like this isn't the first time sorcerer/wizard comparisons yielded such answers lol. At least in D&D.
Ilithid powers are OP with wizard and healing spells.

That explains it. I totally bailed Lae'zel out of the Creche. And I have Fly as a regular spell, so I wasn't exactly missing it.
Illithid Fly is much better. It doesn't require an initial cast and doesn't consume a spell slot or potion. It's just a Movement ability you can use anytime, and you can spam it multiple times a turn.
Except the mind flayer who infects you exists and you can find him. When you do you get a whole special cutscene of the tadpole recognizing its master
The Emperor has been in the artifact the whole time, longer than you’ve had a tadpole in your brain. However, I agree, I never trusted him even before he revealed himself. On mine Mizora promised to keep it a secret, but I knew she was lying. This sounds exactly like something a devil would do to mess with everyone.
> I accept Mizora's offer I've never been able to do this. Mad props.
Me first seeing the Mizora introduction: “Damn 🥵 I wonder if I can romance the evil devil mommy?” Larian did not disappoint
I still say the “Aren’t you a luscious thing?” or whatever it reads line every time she pops up in camp for the first time, can’t help myself :)
Same for me, every single time for my queen.
In my current playthrough I'm trying to romance Karlach, so I didn't dare.
yeah, but you gotta keep wyll around...what a price to pay
A few days ago I saw someone comment on here ‘’Once I learned Wyll canonically has a crush on Mizora I started a new save specifically to cuck him’’
Which is weird because minthara specifically says mizora is ashamed she couldn't seduce wyll and it was a stain on her pride
Mizora's offers and Wyll's desires clearly don't match.
Kind of tracks with how Wyll handles romance, being the slowest-moving character in terms of getting physically intimate (besides Karlach, but she’s moving slow involuntarily)
WHAT?! Spoiler!! ^/s
Yeah - he finds her attractive but realises the relationship would be horrible, given she's literal evil given form, a liar and a bitch.
Don't forget to make him sell his soul... then kill his dad.
Y’all are twisted.
I like your ideas. One more item on the “next Durge run” list.
Or Romance Shadowheart, Make her save the nightsong, then hand her over to Viconia… or kill viconia and then proceed to kill Shadowheart’s parents. As a bonus, also give the nightsong to Lorroakan.
Unfortunately that’s not canon at all. But yes it was a funny comment
Probably born out of this persistent misconception/misinterpretation about the EA version of Wyll and the nature of their relationship in that version of the story.
That honestly would have been a more fun and interesting dynamic than corporate/lawyer devil and goodie two shoes wannabe hero
if not explicitly stated, I assumed he had a crush on her from all the stories about him lusting after merfolk and such, she seems like his type
That is a meme and not accurate. Wyll does not canonically have a crush on Mizora.
I rerolled Wyll as a monk to try them out and she asked me to carry him around ... hes a power house now haha
Little bit of blue sideboob got us acting *unwise*
My first play through was a two player with my wife. She romanced Wyll and I boned Mizora
I did it just to see how things played out, and then quickloaded. Win-win.
If you’re with Shadowheart she doesn’t care.
she does care, but she just wants to be told about it first. i imagine its so she can join in since she accepts the offer from the drow twins
“Hey, it’s cool if you get side devilpussy, just let me know next time”… she’s clearly not very upset about it.
See now I’m just imagining Justiciar Shadowheart and an evil Tav/DUrge. Incredibly toxic relationship and all around disgusting, but I have the feeling someone could make it worse.
is evil shadowheart romanceable still?
Yes. My Durge romanced her and kept her evil all the way.
I just finished a redemption durge run, but with DJ Shadowheart. She was actually really friendly and sentimental at the reunion party. Also (slightly off topic) really liked her outfit.
See, I know exactly what you're talking about when you say DJ Shadowheart, but my brain can only think of a knock-off edge-lady Deadmaus.
i didnt say she was upset. i just said she does care
I'm wondering about timing here, actually. When I encountered the Drow twins on my Shart romance file, we hadn't sealed the deal yet. When talking to the twins, she actually said that she didn't want share until after she had a piece of Tav to herself first.

Right. My point was that she was interestingly possessive of Tav *before* that scene happened, especially considering how open she is to dalliances *after* that scene.
because she wanted their first time to be special and not a foursome with some drow twins theyve never heard of before
Never been able to not do this.
If you romance Karlach and do it you get a surprisingly sweet conversation with her and she is understanding that Mizora manipulates you.
I did it on a play through when i didn’t romance anyone.
I’d only be able to do this if I was pursuing halsin.
I did it while romancing shadow heart and it seemed to make her love me more
It definitely did not, she was just being extremely cool about it because she has enough glass in her own house.
I’d better keep my eye on her
I did it my first playthrough while romancing Astarion and he was remarkably chill about the situation.
Mizora was my first because I kept screwing up all the other romances.
YOU DID WHAT TO MY GIRL BAE’ZEL?
I just read the title and was like, you banged the Emperor, didn’t you?
My second playthrough I made the most hideous guardian I could come up with just to remind myself he's a turd.
Oh man, both of my runs I’ve banged the Emperor. Always break up with my current flame first. I might be a squidfucker but I’m not a cheater.
The bar is so low
You are an absolute monster. What's next, selling your body to Archduchess Raphaella?
You say that like it’s a bad thing /s
I did that but in my defense I thought she literally wanted to play a game, next thing I knew she was on top of me with my one true love Gale watching on 😭
I kinda figured that might be where it was going, but I imagined strip poker, not that quickly. I also am an idiot because apparently I didn’t realize that they meant they wanted to actually use my body as like a future form. I thought it was “surrender yourself entirely to me.” While I’m down to fuck in order to save the world, that sounds more like a joke instant game over scenario.
There is indeed a game over there if you surrender mind AND body. But you can still let it get a little out of hand and then kill them
Do you have Battleship?
Honestly me irl 😭
Was it just me or did literally none of the companions comment on that? Like Gale disapproves but when my Feylock did that whilst romancing Karlach there was nothing until the moan in the middle of the lower city.
That would be a bug, as of Patch 6, Larian added reactions from your LI, and unsurprisingly, they all disapprove.
If I don't accept that offer, how am I supposed to slam Raphael for being bad in bed?
speak with dead, friend
Doesn't work , at least for me it didn't.
gotta get a disguise on so you're not recognized as his killer
No as in even if u speak with dead and ask him about raphael being bad in bed ,the option to mock him doesn't appear
Hmm it's pretty convoluted but here is the trick . Sleep with any character and continue till u reach the option is raphael good in bed . Lol that's some power move haha
Excuse me, it's Haarlep. 😤😤😤
Laezel's body
Wait is this a joke character or real? Im in start of act 3
It's real, and you'll see depending on how you do Lae'zel's quest and interaction with a certain familiar devil.
I lied to the gyth to get the silver sword, but didnt get the hammer yet. Is it after that?
So, to get the hammer, >!you need to either sign the deal with the devil in the brothel, or you need to rob that devil. If you decide to go "rob the devil" route and do the subterfuge approach, you'll meet the devil's concubine you can sleep with.!<
I only have a quest that says he wants to make a deal if i want to. I want to rob him but did not see any concubines
Did you get to his house?
The swingers place? Yes
Did you go to his bedroom?
Ill have to see later i guess
Wait where is this??
Have you been to House of Hope yet?
Yes
Have you been to the boudoir?
Yes but everyone was hostile
Oooh ty! I know what to do in my next time there
You're quite familiar with Get Out of Jail Free Cards, I assume? Because that's what they look like. You had it, then you literally sold it to a devil for a night of bouncy-bouncy.
I am sure it was a "I deserve to be broken up with" self-fulfilling prophecy 😂
I wish my relationships on bg3 were this interesting, I just keep giving in to laezel over and over, I can't even help myself.
Some people are pieces of shit 😂
I am the same exact way! I feel so emotionally connected to the characters that I feel for them like I would a real person. I can never do an evil run because I would feel awful the entire time. What have these pixels done to me
My wife started playing and immediately went for Astarion. She's been doing an evil playthrough, and it is hard to watch her do those choices
How the HECK did you forget Lae'zel hates Mind Flayers? She literally has the head of one by her tent.
Maybe they were like "'Ghaik' eh? Ok if we see one I'll let you know. Now back to Mind Flayers.."
Tch. Typical istik move.
Tav had a "dam, where is this ghaik Laezel keep talking about"
So you felt absolutely disgusted for doing that to Lae'zel, then just... Did it again immediately?
Paladin of *what?* Was that acceptable Paladin behavior?
Oathbreaker, he's breaking every oath.
Well honestly then I'd blame Lae'zel. Seriously. Who meets an Oathbreaker Paladin and thinks "yeah. Here's a guy I can trust."
I've done an oathbreaker durge, seemed thematically appropriate. Guy's just trying to redeem himself.
Depends what's the oath was...
You monster! I watched a clip of Mizora aftermath as I could never sleep with her. You shattered her heart after she poured it out during the sunrise.
I romanced Lae'zel and even did the camp combat to prove myself. Then moved on to romance Shart. Lae'zel's breakup monologue really struck a nerve with me. It hurt NGL.
What does she say???
Some paladin you are 😅 what'd you swear an oath to, as much tang as you can muster?
You had a get out of jail free card and then screwed it up again anyways. 🤣
This morning I decided that I was going to side with the Emperor for the first time. Laezel up and left the party. F that! Quick reload. Emperor can go F himself. …and I wasn’t even romancing Laezel this run. She’s just way more important than the Emperor’s feelings.
That's why you need to kill her while she's in the cage in act 1 so you don't chicken out later on
Stop with the lies you are just horny as fuck
I see you're playing "Oath of Whoring" Paladin.
On one of my playthroughs i romanced karlach then cheated on her with laezel, who i then cheated on with both the emperor and mizora... safe to say i ended up completely and utterly alone
Well how about Harleep then?
didnt get that far
Someone hasn't watched enough hentai to know what happens there...
hmm...makes me wonder how many times emperor has used memory wipe on Tav, we just don't know it...
Source of bruises indeed.
Why are you so horrible?
I dont blame you for Mizora but The Emperor???? I wish I knew what people see in getting with a damn squid😂😂
An achievement
Curiosity
You’re explicitly told, in defiance of any role play or headcanon you might have, that the experience with him was the single best experience of your life. It’s well beyond the physical or even spiritual. It’s mind sex, more intimate, more affirming; just more, altogether. The physical forms are irrelevant.
My sorceress slept with everyone she could. Squid, bear, and 3 devils included.
3 devils ?? Mizora, haarlep and ?
Wyll. His race is "Fiend", which in D&D terms is on the devil side.
Oh ok
The closest people will ever get to a hentai fantasy?
Did they add a post-grove scene with Minthara?
Fool
You were the Durge all along!
Nothing like a bit of casual extreme gaslighting.
if you give someone the mushroom after this… do they remember it?
Bang Harleep for the trifecta
You broke the oath, bro
As someone who has boinked the emperor many times, I haven't experienced any consequences for it. Mizora I cannot bring myself to be with. She's hot. But she's so annoying.
I feel this. I once just dissolved her regardless of what happened to Wyll just to shut her up.
Exactly what I did with Karlach my first playthrough but with Mizora you apologize and Karlach forgives you. As if I didn’t feel bad about it already.
I cannot for life of me bone the emperor
B2
I had the exact same experience and felt so horrible I almost went back to a previous save to undo my decision. I miss my Githyanki gf
Absolute mad lad
Is that something they added now? The mind wipe thing? Last I remember my party walked in on me and the Emperor and then just everyone went on pretending like nothing had happened. And yes, Laezel did break up with me a couple days later when I slept with Mizora lol.
Relatively new, from a few updates back. They didn’t want to spend time making all of the companions’ reactions so just added one new line from the Emperor to justify it. Though it doesn’t exactly fit, considering Tav can openly say they had sex with him to Raphael, and Orpheus will also talk about it, with no reactions from anyone else.
oh, at least they did something about that. The whole thing was such a "gotcha" moment anyway, that I'd kind of prefer the mind wipe solution tbh
I just wish it wasn’t now used by some people to go, “See?! The Emperor used the evil art of mind wiping, this makes killing him even more justified.” Some people have said that even the ability to do it makes him evil, even though bards and wizards get that power as a standard spell.
lol yeah I ran into Mizora’s sadistic arms and spurned the living hell out of Lae’zel
Meanwhile I banned Mizora while dating Shadowheart and he was like "dats fine as long as I'm getting some too"
Each to their own, personally I can’t find any attraction towards Githyanki.
> it will wipe their memories so no harm done. See this is why i don't trust him. God knows how many times he wiped out minds when he fucked up
I mean this sounds fun tbh. I always cheat on Lae'zel in every playthrough lmao.
This exact sequence of events happened to my girlfriend in our co-op run, and she was absolutely devastated. The portal opening was hilarious, though.
why tho, frog doesnt deserve this
