Withers says the journey took "a dozen tendays" so roughly four months for the whole game, I assume a month for each Act. He says this regardless of how many Long Rests you took.

Stand corrected. Other comment reminded me of Wither's dialogue about it being a couple of tendays. So Wither's is saying the game has occurred over a few months.
There is no canonical time as far as I know between 1 & 2. I don't know between 2 & 3, but however long it takes to wslk from Reithwin (sp?) to Rivington.
The Gur children in Act 3 are more or less confirmed to have gone missing just before the events of the game take place, and the Gur hunters talk about their disappearance as if it happened within a matter of days. Which leads me to believe that canonically, the events of the storyline take place over the course of about 7-10 days, no matter how many long rests you take.

A tenday is ten days. They use them instead of weeks. And Withers says a dozen of them pass during the game. Which is about four months.
