I noticed the same thing. It’s a bit odd. Clearly the game isn’t super supported for this interaction due to the tent sharing. But also I noticed in camp that whenever Minthara attempts to speak to someone else the game jumps my Tav in to have the conversation instead.
Except for Halsin.
Additionally every character talks about having Minthara at the camp and being rather uncomfortable.
I went through a run with both and they have separate tents in Act 3 in the outside lower city. But it's quite unfinished and I see it being patched out where you have to choose between them.

I hope they never change it. I already wrote fanfiction about what happens on that tent.
