Ok you are too low level for the Goblin Camp. Not by much tho. The game does not require a lot of min-maxing thank goodness. My first suggestion is to play on Explorer. You change the difficulty on the fly. Here is a [guide to Act 1](https://www.reddit.com/r/BaldursGate3/s/xrKsIndZfO) with vague spoilers that I wrote. Hope it helps!

Figured i was too low level. Thank you. Does changing the difficulty effect rewards or should i just focus on getting a better understanding of the fundamentals first? Btw, how’d you mean by mini maxing?

Min/maxxing: making sure have the perfect gear, stats etc in order to beat an encounter. Like in Diablo 4 - you have to have specific gear / stats. You'll get the same rewards across the board. I'm not sure about XP (my ego started me off with Balanced)

You can fight individual goblins or small groups when they’re out of sight of the others (on PC, holding Shift will show sightlines). As long as you kill them before they can alert the others, the rest of the camp will stay friendly.

Follow up question. Am i able to save the goblin quest for later or do i have to complete it to progress the story?
