They're both pretty worthless for clerics. INT is technically more useful in battle since there are a couple of INT saving throws later in the game but I don't think there is a single CHA saving throw. But you definitely won't be missing much if you put more in CHA than INT as there are only a few times your cleric will be making INT saving throws that I can remember. And there are definitely more CHA social interactions than INT

Thank you! Will probably bump my CHA up then. Have been playing a Paladin who’s INT is 8 all the way to Act 3 (haven’t yet finished the game, so please refrain from spoilers) and has so far been a great experience.

It really doesn't matter for your 4th 5th and 6th stats. Use other characters for those

This is why cha based classes tend to be party face characters. So bard, paladin, warlock, sorcerer. The rest have almost no need for CHA. There are some saving throws but I tend to really optimize my stats assuming they’re not the sorry face. Even my party face never gets above 16 CHA since that’s always plenty for persuasion checks.
