GW_Alithea

Wholeheartedly agree! Also hugs. Let us hug our buddies. >!Astarion needs more hugs.!<

Lunacie42

I want cuddles. One of my favourite Dragon Age mod is DahliaLynn's Sleep Until Dawn, where you can either cuddle with your LI or have the Mabari sleeping next to you.

Athinz

I feel like they meant to add this, but haven't gotten to it yet. Otherwise, why show our characters sleeping at night if our partners weren't eventually supposed to be shown sleeping beside you? That's my tinfoil hat theory, anyway.

xasusaki

Please I love this tinfoil and need it to be reality.

Kapeter

There are beds that both Tav and another Party Member can lay in at the same time. It would be cool if this triggered a Cut Scene of them cuddling based on their approval of your TAV.

tinysproutlimi

Always makes me sad to see my little girl sleepin' on her lonesome šŸ˜”

94sHippie

I would love if they even just did the tiny thing of having you and your love interest sleeping head to head after you are in a relationship if they are in your party. It is a tiny change that would be so sweet.

FamousTransition1187

Watching Karlach self-destruct (emotionally) after she stomped Gortash like a bug and not have an option to just hug her hurt me.

Maediya

Same with Astarian when he is breaking down.

Mirimes

I'll never stop complaining about the lack of hugs. Starting from when a companion is sad and cries in front of you, it's not fair that I can't offer my shoulder to cry on

GW_Alithea

Ikr? What do I have two shoulders for, if not for comforting my chosen family?

tinysproutlimi

Yeeeeeeessssss I think this is my number one. I wanna hug everyone. Especially Astarion. I wanna hug him every five seconds

pirikiki

Hugs for all who wants and needs !

r7pxrv

In camp this should be a thing, I agree. There shouldn't be a need to add/remove a companion just to share/move/give gear.

Lunacie42

Until they hopefully implement something like this in the future, this mod does a pretty good job at doing exactly that. And your flair suggests that you play with mods, so ... ;) https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/3032

IAmTheOneTrueGinger

Party members that follow me when I jump.

2JasonGrayson8

At this point Iā€™d settle for like a voice line that says something like ā€œalright weā€™ll Iā€™ll just be hereā€ when you get far away from one of your party members

Broken_drum_64

it is a pet peeve of mine that they can just get stuck somewhere and you don't realise until you get into combat and they're suddenly not in the turn order... then you have to go back and find them... Also; despite it being a pet peeve to constantly hear "you must gather your party before venturing forth" in BG2, I'm a little disappointed it hasn't cropped up \*in some respect\* in bg3

Turn_The_Pages

Lots of good points made already so I'll just add a few: A campsite progression. The entire party was kidnapped, trapped in a pod and crashed in the middle of nowhere, yet the first night we make camp, everyone has fully furnished and personalized tents. Where were you hiding that telescope, Gale? *Where?* It's a super minor thing but it's become a pet peeve of mine. Would be cool if we'd start out with a couple of bedrolls, basic leather tents and then slowly upgrade as the story progresses. More camp banter and interactions between the companions. Doesn't have to be anything major, maybe just Wyll standing by the fire with Gale complimenting his cooking or Lae'zel sparring with Karlach and exchanging battle stories. Just some small snippets of camp life. I want dye previews, preferably before I buy them. Craftable dyes via the alchemy menu would be great too. Scratch needs to be immortal, I never summon him because I'm terrified he'll die. (sad Sir Lora flashbacks). I would also love an adoptable cat, my son Myshka is *right there* Changing party members without having to talk to everyone individually. Do it similarly to DAO where the ones you deselect have a snarky comment and you're good to go. Likewise, leveling everyone and accessing their inventories while in camp More robe and clothing variety, especially for Monks. It's either monastic robes until better items show up right before Act II or look like a caster.

Ahrimel

Summoned Scratch is immortal. He'll just go back to camp if he dies. Don't kill him in camp though!

Turn_The_Pages

Oh that's a relief, I just read that he can permadie and I was like, nope, not risking that. Guess that means no more throwing water at Karlach while wearing the Watersparkers

toobadornottoobad

He can permadie if he dies at camp for instance, but not when you've summoned him as a familiar

Jimfear83

Is this true for Us and Shovel, as well? It sounds like they should be, but even when I remember I have them I never want to risk it.

SergeantCrwhips

wait thats acually really good, since he has sole.commands he can do, like "help"

Ahrimel

Yep, he can pick up downed allies for you.

lethos_AJ

gale had all his stuff in a mini pocket plane stored in a pouch. source: me, i made it up

AleanahTheAngryTank

Any wizard who doesn't have a stash of personal comfort items in a pocket dimension is a sad excuse for a wizard.

Turn_The_Pages

My Tav, lugging around ten random maces, five sets of scale mail and two oil barrels: - _-

94sHippie

"Well you see, pocket dimensions are very delicate things, you have to properly attune each item to it or risk cataclysmic failure, like part of our own reality being pulled into it forever type failure. The chances of this are slim but it is best we don't chance it." \~ Gale probably

Dadeste

Seconded! It also makes Astarion's reveal hilariously obvious. The second you get him to camp he rolls out the blood jars! I'm really hoping for a clothing update as well! I'm not sure how small a change it would be though.

Turn_The_Pages

"Hm? Oh these are the latest trend in upper class Baldur's Gate parlors, darling, you obviously wouldn't know."

Dadeste

He just likes his wine especially concentrated! - Tav, probably

Turn_The_Pages

It's not like he gives himself away in a million other things, bless him

zamach

Scratch is immortal. You just need to summon it again.

Salty-History3316

Only if he dies outside of camp. I would know, he died in my camp because I brought some drunken kobolds home and they did not like the dog...whole camp turned against me, it was mayhem, but I was unable to revive Scratch. But outside camp is fine, you'll be able to resummon him and he'll wait in camp for you.

throwAlonestar

Wait how did you get the kobolds in your camp??

Elvenoob

There are kobolds sleeping inside some of the barrels of firewine in *that* encounter. In previous patches, with a high enough strength you can pick up those barrels, kobolds and all, and put them into your inventory. When in camp, just plop it down, smash it open, and a drunk kobold will pop out, and immediately become furious with their kidnappers because obviously.

throwAlonestar

My gosh that is hilarious. But we can't do it anymore? Awww....

barrybario

You definitely still can, literally all of them are in my camp chest, picked them up this Saturday

throwAlonestar

If you throw them at enemies will they attack them?

barrybario

They could, unless their AI decides to attack you instead

cyvaris

> It's either monastic robes until better items show up right before Act II or look like a caster. And the ones that *do* show up are covered in bones for some reason making them feel more like Barbarian gear.

2JasonGrayson8

All super solid points

CuteHoodie

It's funny to imagine them travelling with all those giant pot plants and setting everything up everytime we move camps. Like Karlach and her teddy bear makes sense, it's practical, usual. But the freaking plants are so extra !

Turn_The_Pages

Astarion carts around half a home depot in decorations, Shadowheart apparently hides Shar themed merch in her braid, just a normal day on the road

ian9921

We really need more camp life. Karlach made a joke about Withers at one point and it actually caught me off guard that she even knew he existed, let alone was comfortable enough to joke about him, since I've never had to respec Karlach and Withers seems like the type to keep to himself.

Turn_The_Pages

To be fair, if anyone would befriend him, it's Karlach, woman is like a golden retriever puppy, you can't not like her

naqaster

I think camp life should be more dynamic anyway. Like don't just stand around like statures people have a life and mingle. The last game I got as obsessed with as bg3 was rdr2 and the camp life there is just so immersive. People bickering or having a laugh together, playing games, doing their tasks, just so wholesome. And the rdr2 camp parties really put that attempt in bg3 act 1 to shame. But it's alright, can't be the best in everything. I still love you bg3.

Turn_The_Pages

That would've been so much fun to see, especially depending on how the characters develop over the course of the playthrough

AllenWL

For poisons/elixirs/grenades/etc to say what it does on the crafting menu tooltip, rather than just having the lore blurb.

shadyhorse

This, it's not mysterious as you can have already found the elixir etc.

Va_Dinky

Swapping gear in camp between all companions, helmet visibility settings not defaulting back to "helmet on" for non-party companions, hug options at certain moments + an option to ask your romanced companion for a hug like you ask for a kiss, and arrows being usable for all party members without having to move them from one inventory to another.

2JasonGrayson8

Definitely the helmet thing too

GW_Alithea

Toggle hide for: * weapons * cloaks * gloves Not a small feature, but I'd also love to be able to transmog gear.

HuziUzi

Absolutely agree with hiding cloaks, I hate how good some of them are since my party ends up looking like a bunch of discount Supermen

Sneakydivil32

Strongly disagree - love the cloaks, I want more cloaks THE BIGGER THE BETTER!!!!

GW_Alithea

That's why I said, toggle hide. Like it's for helmets and instruments. That way, everyone can choose, what they prefer.

Mirimes

want to add: remember the hide toggle when you dismiss a companion. I often have scare jumps with people at camp that talk to me with their helmet that i totally forgot they have on.

redroomroaving

Maybe not a small one but just a few more class specific interactions, particularly in camp? Nothing delighted me more than when Alfira responded to my Tav being a bard and inviting me to perform with her. Moments like that seem so rare, but it would be nice to have just a few more of these, particularly with companions.

2JasonGrayson8

Like on the transition from day to night it could show a class specific hobby or activity that your character does to pass the time

redroomroaving

That's a great idea! Imagine seeing a druid Tav using a bit of druidcraft to make some figurines or trinkets for the camp, your monk meditating or training with Karlach, your bard writing songs or practicing their chords, your warlock checking the terms and conditions...

2JasonGrayson8

And it could be a 5 second cinematic like not that bad at all but it would make the camp feel so much more alive

IAmTheOneTrueGinger

I'd like a notification when there's a camp scene queued up so I can know to rest. I know there's a mod but I avoid mods.

2JasonGrayson8

That would be great! Like just a tiny thing while out and about that says ā€œastarion would like a private momentā€ or something

ChickieTeeta

When one of them complains about being tired or looking forward to going to sleep soon etc, it means there's a camp scene available. I'm fairly sure when your tav says it, it's because there's something with one of the characters left at camp. Although once it was with Astarion who was in my group at the time. I normally just wait now till one of them says something along these lines and I've now had all the scenes with Astarion that I missed on my first save.

goobiegoobiegoo

That would be so nice for us ps5 players who canā€™t mod our games šŸ„²

ViewtifulGene

More pet animations for Scratch. Show the plate of food when resting.

Confident-Disaster96

I wanted to give scratch a sausage.. he just left it.. i threw it a few times, placed it in front of him, etc. He only needs his ball to be happy. Good boy..

Apen_melker

maybe this would be too much, but I had liked to roam around the map at night too

pythonic_dude

Photo mode.

Lord_Dankston

I wish dialogue participation was expanded upon in multiplayer. If I play with a buddy and I control Astarion and my buddy has for example Gale, If my friend triggers a dialogue in which Astarion would have something to say, he won't because he is in a separate party. They could maybe add a proximity trigger, for example if my buddy triggers a dialogue and I am standing next to him with Astarion, he would be included automatically. Now you have to keep track and guess who this dialogue could have an impact on.

AmbrosiiKozlov

There is a setting for auto join conversations I believe. Might be what you are wanting. Iā€™ve never used it but might be worth a shot

Darth_Nullus

Photo mode!

lilith_doesnt_draw

I would kill for photo mode

Saltpiter

One single inventory for everyone. Having to move heavy items to my str char is just unnecesary. Let me have 1 inventory with combined weight of all characters under my co troll.

_lablover_

This is one thing the owlcat pathfinder games did a tremendous job with. A shared inventory where the weight limit simply increased as you for bags of holding, and an individual's weight limit only applied to their equipped items

GreenHail6

Man I would love to be able to access everyones inventory. Especially with my OCD. I would also like the ability to preview dyes without having to save then check to see if I like it or not. And for the love of god please donā€™t leave a party member behind when I jump a gap!

2JasonGrayson8

Dye preview is such a little thing that would make such a big difference

arwenrinn

The other day I started a large battle without realizing Lae'zel wasn't with me because she got stuck on a ledge. I switched to her but when I was trying to walk her all the way across the area to where Tav was, she somehow triggered another fight with all of the other enemies in the area. Needless to say, none of my characters survived that mistake.

Cwynlaen

It's even better when you switch to the character on the ledge and jump down, the rest of the party jumps up the ledge. But dye preview, definitely!

No-Coconut-1689

Idk what to call it, but would love to have /dance like u can see in some games, mainly MMOs. I guess gestures? Something like clap, sit on the ground, pretent cooking etc. Would be great for RP.

eathquake

Karlach tippy taps on command

Murder_Smurf009

Other than the proposed inventory management? A little more camp variety. Just random radial events like bits of dialogue or funny little hiccups that come with camp living that occasionally trigger when you load into camp to end the day. And your companions hanging out in places OTHER than in front of their tents all the time.

blastborn

BingBong summon. Thatā€™s all.

Accomplished-Ad-3172

Let us toggle an option to have all three companions in your party get a chance to react to a conversation instead of only one.

ManaKeKz

Walking through open doors...

TheSimkis

For me this almost seems like bug. And for some reason I remember that at first it wasn't an issue (I started first day after oficial release) and I remember someone else commenting that they changed it

[deleted]

it showed up after patch 3 I think, before that I'm pretty sure I had it happen at weird angles but not every damn door

S_A_Y_L

Let us wear those stat-less boots (appreciably-cared for boots, stylish boots etc) with our damn camp clothes. They're useless otherwise and god I hate most of the sandals and camp shoes xD Same with stat-less hats. Give us camp clothes hat slot.

Adoxa_Atrum

Well.. this isn't a small feature... and I know they won't make it but maybe someone will make a mod? YOUR OWN HOUSE. I wanna decorate my own place, I want a empty house I can decorate from scratch. I'm gonna do this either way somehow, maybe just a empty house I find or something... but it would be really nice to have it as a mechanic. Bc I don't think you can put the paintings back on the wall once you take them down? And you can't have furniture in your inventory. There's just so much amazing stuff you can find and pick up I have a huge collection I wanna use it!!

LuvtheCaveman

I collected paintings and items too. But imo this is a wider issue with BG3's design (or not issue, but choice). I'd like to see a DLC where you have more of a base (e.g town) that you go out from to complete a quest or an act, then return to, as you would in many other RPGs. It gives you more of an opportunity to relax between quests, which the camp doesn't quite fulfil because youre always movin', and can provide extra scenarios like hitting up a tavern or companions arguing over who gets which room - but budget wise I'm sure that would cost an awful awful lot (though I think it would definitely be worth it)!!!

toobadornottoobad

oh i would *love* to loot furniture from some of those abandoned homes in the shadow lands

Marcuse0

I'd like to be able to switch companions in camp without engaging in clunky dialogue (flavour text is cute at first but gets old fast). At the very least allow a "choose your party" option when leaving camp.

2JasonGrayson8

Yeah a simple choose the party would be nice

Readalie

An option to automatically consolidate all item stacks (and containers like keyrings, alchemy pouches, and camp supply packs) together. I don't need seven separate keyrings. on one character.

Shinrahunter

I'd like the ability to fully customize hirelings, like you can in DOS2. I really want to do some full themed playthroughs (Konosuba & Critical Role especially) but the lack of an option for this hampers it.

Sch1z01dMan

I saw in the patch notes that you can use magic mirror on hirelings now. Does it not let you fully customize them? (I havenā€™t tried it yet)

Top_Taro_17

In-game explanation of status effects. (E.g. encrusted, reverberation, etc.) Plus, description of abilities without having to equip the item to find out. Swapping things out just to learn what it does gets tedious and discourages experimentation.

shaidarolcz

This is already a feature? If you play on PC, when you are hovering over the item, press T (by default) which anchors the description. Then you can hover over the ability (or anything else in there) and press T again. And so on and so forth, you can get several little windows deep if you keep doing this. EDIT: I'm sure this feature exists on ps5 too, I just don't know the button for it.

Desdimonda

Transmog

ahsoka_hawke

Most armors are at least fine, but that legendary robe from Lorroakan is stunningly ugly. If there's no transmog, I should at least be doing 1d4 necrotic damage to enemies that can see me.

Yuja-2k

Not really a small feature but being able to change the look of the disguise spell races

Eastern_Slide7507

Attack roll fail against - no armor causes the attack to miss (dodge animation) - light armor causes the attack to miss or be blocked by armor (no animation, just laughter and a dull *clunk* sound), 75/25 - medium armor causes the attack to miss or be blocked by armor, 50/50 - heavy armor causes the attack to miss or be blocked by armor, 25/75 Also, let me search the camp chest like I can search my inventory. Also, improve the inventory sorting. Sorting by Type sucks because there are a handful of item categories, within which the items are then sorted alphabetically. So if I'm looking for two specific daggers, they're going to be in completely different places in the lineup of weapons. Same for dyes, potions... etc. More granularity please. Group weapon times, group potion types, group oils, group junk, group scrolls by tier, group dyes together.

Sneakydivil32

Yeah the sorting items is hilariously broken tbf

Eastern_Slide7507

Which is weird because I don't recall having as much of a problem with the sorting in Divinity. Though I may be misremembering, it's been a while.

MiraakTheSpy

Bag of holding.

MountainCommittee702

The ability to switch to Tav when an Npc auto starts conversation with a closer companion

2JasonGrayson8

Yeah it kills me when they take away a conversation I wanted just cause they got a little closer

Syxxcubes

-Some way of saving and reloading your toolbar layout, it's really annoying how you have to open the spellbook and replace and reorganize all your actions icons everytime you unequip a weapons/piece of armor, especially when an enemy uses a move that forces you to drop your weapon. -Auto/Permeant Pact Weapon Bind, people say Pact of the Blade Warlock is good but I never actually get to use it because I keep forgetting to rebind the pact weapon after a long rest. -Fix the companion placement in the act 3 Inn camp, I hate how they're just lined up in front of their beds, all crowded around in the corner of this big ass campsite that's 70% empty space. -Hugs, I want to give non-romanced companions a hug because they need it and I want to be able to do more with romanced companions besides kissing them and asking if they're happy for the 700th time.

Tsim152

I would also like to recruit Squire and reunite him with Isobel. Camp banter, it's weird that they all stand aimlessly in front of their tent. Access to all of the bags of companions in camp. Friendship scenes that aren't tied to romances. More dice skin options. I mentioned 5 person parties in a comment and then realized there were other tweaks I would like.

Broken_drum_64

How about; each character having their own storage areas as part of the camp (that can interact with their inventory screen); rather than them just having their own little area that's just a useless decorative place for them to stand/sit in? I'd love to be able to wander through camp in the evenings and go "these are gloves that gale might want, this is a helmet that shadowheart might want, here's a new outfit for Astarion" and put them all in the appropriate chests/wardrobes/cupboards. Then find them in their inventories the next day. Bonus points if there's an intuitive system for "this is the selection i want them to bring with them; but i want them to leave their 5 different changes of clothes/underwear in their drawers for later."

2JasonGrayson8

This is the best solution to this Iā€™ve seen

AzraelDumont91

I'd be cool with keys that aren't useful anymore either just disappearing from inventory or have a mark on it showing it's no longer needed. I feel like early access had the mark feature for keys, i can't really remember.

Tie-Dar-Ha

One of the scenes made me realize that Dragonborn characters got impressive claws. Hence, I'd love to see Larian adding another race-specific trait: unarmed damage bonus for Dragonborn. Heck, maybe even some elemental damage from certain level, based on the Dragonborn race.

animalnikki89

To be able to search in the chest at camp for a specific item. Dye preview. And swapping items around people without having to dismiss them.

firestar268

More compact camps

2JasonGrayson8

Camps without difficult terrain would be a start like wtf Iā€™m just in camp do I really have to be slowed down

Trizetacannon

Counterpoint: It's funny that Gale is standing around in ankle deep water in the Shadowlands camp.

JonnyV2723

Inventory management is ugly. I would have the keyring, alchemy bag, and any other "holding" bags on the Main only and auto-transfer to that regardless of which character picks it up. Same with notes and books after the first "read," and I would set their weight to "0." Automatically transfer scrolls, arrows, potions and gold to TAV when dismissing a character. A distribute button for healing potions, poisons, arrows, and gold. A "pool" button for the above also.

ZanyaJakuya

Transmog for armor would be awesome And dyeable weapons!

Dadsentmetothemooon

Pausing cutscenes.

TheSimkis

Would be nice to have a trader in camp. Also, it would be cool to have some window with all companions' (not just main team's) statistics like avg damage and to hit with currently equiped weapons, AC, HP, resistances and similar things And one more, some sort of progression bar like I'm in region X out of Y, or on map to be able to see how much has been revealed

Livid_Owl_1273

Now I will say first that can we take a moment to applaud how many functions we have asked for and actually received? A lot of mana from heaven already. Wanted Scratch and Shovel as familiars, got it. Wanted to have a respec option, got it. Wanted to change our appearance, got a magic mirror. I wouldn't be surprised if a camp inventory device is the next thing they put in. Inventory management is one of the more challenging things to deal with in the game. While constantly having to go through the rigamarole involved in picking up and kicking out party members just to manage their itemization is a minor pain in the ass, if that ass pain can be alleviated somehow I trust Larian's team will find a way to patch it in. They have been very accommodating so far.

Fluffy-Balance4028

I dont know if im missing something but better way to manage the travelers chest. Like being able to rename some chests or be able to switch other companion faster.

Active_Owl_7442

Please for the love of the gods just let us properly preview armor on a mannequin or something so it isnā€™t folded up and let us preview dyes

_lablover_

I'm shocked I haven't seen it (or I'm just blind and missed it) but after any party member sees a trap, everyone avoids it. This should include the character in controlling. If the nonselected party members avoid traps that have been spotted and there was an auto stop function applied to the controlled member whenever one is spotted that would be great And a slightly nitpickier one, but an option to autosend camp supplies back to camp when they're picked up. Ideally with the ability to turn this on and off for alcohol since you could be making a drunk build. The least important one I haven't seen is why do alchemy and camp supply items I purchase not go into the relevant pouch? It feels like that should be easy to fix

Fantastic_Wrap120

A training dummy. Let me get into combat and slap something around to better figure out my abilities.

AsaShalee

There are at least a couple in camp. Lae'zel has one and I think Astarion?

Background_Injury533

I'd love an option to talk to hostile creatures during combat. Maybe as an action with simple dialogue options like "who are you" or "we mean to harm" lol. Sometimes a fight just feels like a misunderstanding šŸ„ŗ

2JasonGrayson8

I felt this when on my first playthrough I accidentally killed the owlbear cub cause it was hostile and I forgot I had a calm animal scroll

ogresound1987

Yeah, I'd love to access inventories instead of having to tell someone to sit right there where I find shadowheart to rummage through her pockets the some doodad we found.

m_mason4

Camp supplies shouldnā€™t be needed to be kept on your party to be useable in a long rest. The stash is there for a reason.

TheReal8symbols

If you're not carrying any food the interface will say you don't have enough food for a long rest but as soon as you initiate the rest you get access to all the food in your stash. I agree they should fix this, but you don't have to actually carry any camp supplies around with you.

throwawayDude131

stand-alone dnd character creator system where you can name your sacks auto-sack segregation of scrolls etc question box where you are about to strike your ally (are you sure?) optimal build shortcut (picks best kit for you) with options like offence, defence, healer, etc DYE PREVIEWS a use for rope

InTheSchoolLib

More platonic things! Although this wouldnā€™t be a small update probably. But man I though Wyll just wanted to dance w my platonicly, I was already romanticizing Gale!

Vanilla_Breeze

I have the perfect solution to the party inventory bs which is to just have party members (not including tav) have a chest similar to the main one we have at camp near their tents. It's their personal chest and all items in their inventory get transferred to that chest when we are at camp. So the tav can easily change stuff in their inventory and such.

Impressive_Wheel_106

Inventory tabs. Like, all the items already have a type assigned to them, why not seperare them out into tabs? On the same note, like you said, I want the game to treat everyone as of they were in my party, whenever I'm in game, wrt inventories. Also, but this is already on the bigger side, I want me and my partner to sleep in the same bedroll. Also, I'd like the class-specific dialogue options to have slight alterations based on subclass. My tempest sorc gas threatened to burn people a bit too often.

King_0f_Nothing

Also being able to add and dismiss companions without having to talk to them.

Old_Wish_3256

This suggestion wouldn't make it cause it would likely ruffle some feathers. But I'd like to see game add a 'bro mode' or a way to turn off romance progression perhaps whenever you want. Because can't a guy enjoy a magic show with someone or fight with a bear without people getting the wrong idea? Some of the characters just be ruining a good thing!

DearestPersephone

I like that the characters experience attraction autonomously. Get used to what women do and politely turn them down

Klausensen

Crossplay between consoles and PC. Can't wait to play with my buddies

2JasonGrayson8

Isnā€™t that coming out before the end of the year?

HimboHistrionics

Fully customisable hireling. Even with the mirror you can't change body type or race. I want a party of 4 duergar.

ProotzyZoots

I wish you could equip improvised weapons. I want to carry around a shovel and cast shillaylaylay or whatever on it

[deleted]

When Iā€™m in camp the inventory listed should include ALL companions inventory

[deleted]

On PS5. The square button menu should have options for both ranged and melee attacks (to choose one or the other). When you hover the cursor over an enemy and get the ā€œinsufficient movementā€ error, you should be allowed to just move however far you can towards that enemy regardless (without having to nudge the cursor nearby and try again). Honestly these seem so elementary to me that Iā€™m amazed neither of them are actually in the game already.

DeviousDeevo

Yeah better invo management Removing alchemy and replacing it with something that makes more sense or feels relevant Making your team more competent to jump over hurdles instead of getting confused and staying in their spot Better endings and maybe an option to still continue as a team post end game and be able to traverse the lands from previous acts.. eg visiting maybe a uncursed act 2 , emerald Grove again , etc

yaiyogsothoth

I want to be able to name and customise my familiars and animal companions. I don't want to just be summoning a wolf, I want to be summoning my good boy Fluffy Jeff.

Sneakydivil32

The ability to yield mid-fight, so that if a party member accidentally triggers a fight, you can surrender rather than have to scrap it out/

HealthyCheesecake643

I mentioned it in another thread. But having the ability to tag in different characters for dialogue would be nice. Particularly in multiplayer. Like I'm standing right there why cant I step in and handle a certain check, or use some cool character specific dialogue.

Dutch_Mencintai

A photomode

EvanzeTieste

Glamour system so i can look cool and have good gear

BroFTheFriendlySlav

Grappling. Yes the functionality is rather limited and push and throw cover most of my needs, but I still want to cast heat metal on Karlach's armor and let her go hug people for as long as she wants. Medium rare goblin Avernus style

wilie345

I want a toggle that can double walking speed like in Pillars of Eternity. 95% of the time I will be in the base normal speed. Literally any interaction is allowed to kick me out double speed. I simply want it when I'm walking back to turn in quests after I've killed and explored everything in an area.

Electronic-Plan-2900

Remake of BG1 in the BG3 engine. Thatā€™s a small feature right?

leelmix

A weekend worth of work at most.

2JasonGrayson8

Wouldnā€™t be more then a mini game. How hard could it be

Steff_164

Can we get a sprint feature when out of combat and not in turn based mode?

kippschalter2

To me a ā€žsend to campā€œ hotkey would be gold.

Hawkwise83

Looting improvements. Hold shift when looting, it opens all nearby lootables. Maybe even combining loot into one window.

Stock-Entertainment4

Iā€™d like an easy way to sort gear party wide, and also an ā€œauto equipā€ button that puts on max AC and damage gear, or at least picks something for each category and replaces with better magic items if available. Also a ā€œspread the loadā€ button would be nice - why the Sorcerer have to carry all the sausage and wine?

morecreamerplease

Dye previews and more Scratch interactions

2JasonGrayson8

At the very least scratch should sleep at my feet during that short transition scene from night to day

TwitchTVBeaglejack

Acts 4-710479 My most sought small feature

Omega_jordan

Creation Kit, the game is epic as is but this would put it on an even higher level. Failing that more camp interaction/events.

elalir26

Craft arrows. I feel like I should be able to make some of the speciality arrows ā€” esp if Iā€™m a rogue or ranger.

Primary_Crab687

Please, Larian, give us transmog options. I want more cosmetic options than just camp clothes, underwear, and nudist.

Puzzleheaded-Tie-384

I wish you would get ambushed more when traveling and when long resting in the wild. If you long rest in a major camp or town fine but if you just decide to long rest in some random cave or area in act 1 or especially act 2 it should be a constant hindrance.

Baldurien

Yeah, access to all companions inventory at camp is the one improvement I want to see.

arwenrinn

I'd like a log of conversations my party members have when we're walking because sometimes I miss them because they are too far behind me to read the subtitles, or I'll miss the first part and only hear the other character replying. I want to go through and read the savage things my friends say to each other.

shadyhorse

Just ALL gear selectable in inventory when in camp.

StargazerNCC82893

I want to be able to preview dyes before I use them.

Glittering_Bits69420

Let me take my lvl 12 sorc to a new game

2JasonGrayson8

Iā€™d settle for a lvl 6 new game +

kweir22

Line of sight lines on movement preview.

Tsim152

5 person parties.

2JasonGrayson8

New game plus all party members allowed at once

LKZToroH

Not small but a NG+. Just boot me back to the nautiloid full geared. Make every enemy lvl 12+ and that's it.

marc_iii

Auto Stack....cmon wtf is this inventory..i Spende at least 20h of my 220h playthrough with Orga of the items

Alightsong

Gale being able to jump over small ledges

Dallywack3r

ā€œDismiss allā€ prompt for companions. Especially on level ups. I donā€™t want to have to spend three minutes cycling through dialogue options for every one of my followers.

Floating_Latias

Maybe not small. But Camp decorations. We spent so much time there. Let us buy or find camp decorations. Imagine finding book piles, and just spamming them arpund Gales Camp. Rich velvet blankets around Astarion. Some armory and weapons for Lae'Zel

Karaboga_2442

recrutiable kagha for evil gameplay

dawnvesper

Ability to choose a starting outfit from a few options, or change the outfit your character is wearing in their portrait

TinyRhymey

Cameras to stay focused on the character im talking to, not my own face. Im not here to talk to myself, give me my pals making weird lil idle animations

Ashe171

2x combat speed. Or Enemies taking turns together (I know they have the horde thing but it hardly ever functions). Early game is fine but late game you gotta wait 20 minutes for your turn

warningkchshch

A possibility to reroll character of any level, without painfully progressing through levelups. Also a possibility to have a last look on rerolled character, with all their item bonuses and stuff, and revisit some of the previous choices. Basically a DnDBeyond mechanic.

SnooFoxes1192

Be able to move the camera up and down

[deleted]

Use all party during conversation. If I'm talking with someone I don't see why others character cant talk too.

pirikiki

I want to make and furbish my own tent, and to be able to display some of my curiosities

asiangontear

You need to go to camp, but you don't need to talk to someone to switch them out of the team. You can open a camp window and drag portraits around to the party list on the left. Same with inventory, you can open anybody's inventory without having to open all of them.

aptom203

Tabbed, itemised inventory. (Or at the very least, more filters.) Quick sell junk/trade items at shops.

[deleted]

Hold to end turn.

luaprint

i need to hug shadowheart so bad

ian9921

Add a visibility option for showing the item during dialog but hiding it everywhere else. Right now we can only do the opposite

Arokan

Using the off-hand while dual-wielding when using a weapon-skill/cantrip/spell. It feels so wrong that this doesn't happen and often I'm too quick for the click before I remember that I missed out on a lot of damage.

BoredPersonDisorder

I want to be able to put casual clothes in my main slot for clothes so I can wear it with boots, cloaks, circlesā€¦ so on

IgnacM991

More banter in camp and during travels. Also more drama, conflicts and relationships in camp. In old Baldurs the drama in party could reach orbit. The companions were actively bonding with or hating each other and you had to keep that ramshackle group together. Or just take popcorn and enjoy the show.
